Good to see you again my son J go go the best is yet to come. We are verry proud of you J TO THE WORD. Praying for you be careful my son. Mum from Canada
J you're learning new things everyday even eating with a chop stick 😂😂😂 I know you see fire today. That guy was so mad you were putting the dirty with the clean. Blessings always you're doing great enjoy watching you exploring and showing us different part of the world ❤❤❤❤🤗🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Good morning GWJ. I was wondering where are the videos of Singapore. Happy to see you again. I’m encouraging you when you get back to Kenya to practice reading taking your time. You will get it. Be careful as you go around. ❤
We have many free tourists attractions but you are just walking and walking on the streets with sights of residential blocks or office blocks, quite a waste to miss out all the stunning attractions. If you get a stored value card for transport, the train or bus is less than USD1 per trip. Take the mrt train to these cultural spots, to name a few: Chinatown (Chinatown mrt station) Little India (Little India mrt stop) Kampong Glam (Bugis mrt stop) Gardens by the Bay (Bayfront mrt stop) - free night light shows 7:45pm and 8:45pm Merlion (Raffles Place mrt station)
Salute to you for being so brave to try food totally new to you, using chopsticks and finishing the food! What you had was probably Ja Jiang Mian (popular in China and Korea) made of noodles and minced meat (chicken or porj) in a gravy (not a soup). So it is okay that you did not finish up all the gravy. Fyi, our tap water is drinkable from the tap. You can bring along empty bottle and fill up with water from tap in your hotel room, from public water coolers and at public wash basisn, guarantee will not give you bad stomach.
Hey J. Good early morning from Boston. Missed you for a WHOLE day! 😊 Btw that place you ate is called a Food Court in the US so you know when you come to visit 😊 Big love. Be safe.
There are some red buttons by the traffic sign, you push and wait for the green light showing person walking then go through, dont walk outside the lines, that is Jay_ walk, you can get a ticket from police,or run by the car.Just read the traffic signs.
Follow the rules and regulations.. everything is fine. Read all the signage and road signs if you don't want to pay fines. If you don't like locals foods, just asked for western food, Kaya toast or Sandwich. Have fun in Singapore😅😂🤭
You can use forks for noodles, not necessary chopsticks. Easier to eat. Not all Singaporeans use chopsticks. You came here from Malaysia, which is similar to Singapore. If you don't like Chinese food, you can eat Malay or Indian food.
In Singapore, after finished eating the foods, you have to return the empty bowl or plates to the Tray Return shelf in ALL Food court or Hawker Centre.
Corruption will never stop in Africa. How do we liberate our colonized minds and do things for the greater good? It does not matter if one wants to rule a country for 30 plus years, just make life better for the citizens.
Outram Road is near to Singapore General Hospital, you can take a look at the said hospital, there are eight blocks of building, see whether it's up to the standard. There are old buildings which was built by the British Colonel.
Never ever leave your food or bags unattended when you’re alone. People will snatch your bag or do sit your food. You will never go wrong to order chicken meals.
J you know africa can be like this, online if we change our mindset, imagine someone has won an election and his supporters destroyed the nations properties how can we move forward? We need to change our mindset as an africans, africa is backbone of the world yet we are struggling, keep explore my son🎉❤❤
there's dumplings at that store but u chose a super local dish... lol...not sure if you're brave of have bad decision making....rip taste buds. i love this dish you're eating. it's called lor mee. braised gravy noodle.
I could only compliment John on one thing: he never complained about the heat when he walking under the sun the whole day. Good job. But if u still keep walking under the hot sun the next few days, and not drink enough water, I don't know what will happen. But I guess is used to it. Do u walk like this in your country? John, u walked from Outram to Somerset n u ended your video when u are at Killnery Road. I have no idea how u can walk your way back to Outram. Maybe last night MRT scare you from taking train again. Goodness sake, please do some homework n go to the places of interest in Singapore tomorrow. Otherwise it is really difficult to say u have been to Singapore. For your information: 1) Those ppl are not Spanish. They are Japanese. Most Japanese stay around that area. 2) Those tall buildings u see are mostly condominiums or public houses. Yes. People stay in those buildings. 3) U give me a scare. I thought u going to eat the noodles with your hands. 4) Please don't ask people for their names. It is too personal a question to ask in this part of the world - Asia. 5) Please don't ask an Indian if he is a Bangladeshi n same the other way round. They were all be very offended. 6) Singapore has no villages. It is a city. And nobody walks under the sun for long hours like you in Singapore. 7) U just miss Orchard Road, just 1 street away. Orchard Road is our major retail shopping area. For goodness sake, if u want to walk under the sun the whole day please go MBS n Gardens by the Bay. 8) Yes. please take the offer from the guy that say he can bring u around for $30 a day to eat n sight see. He is not earning your money. He is doing u a favour to bring you around. $30 is only enough to pay for your own meals n transport, probably still not enough. He probably would be paying for meals. Because it is very difficult for us Singaporean to see you walking aimlessly in our country. Worst when u miss all the main attractions of Singapore just by a street away. 9) Oh yes. Don't try to cross the road when the traffic lights show red. All traffic junctions has 📷 to catch offenders. No joke u won't be able to afford it. I hope u do better tomorrow.
Hello I’m American when you gonna restaurant anywhere in the world. When you finished eating just leave plates on the table and go.. I saw you very struggling..
Brother you look like you're not maximising your enjoyment while exploring. If you are still in sg this weekend (13 to 15 December), I can show you around. We can limit your meal expenses to SG$8 per meal and total spending to SG$30 per day. Let me know if you are interested.
You're walking at the wrong places. There's nothing to see. Not the best impression of Singapore. You need to take the train more. Familiarise yourself, it's more convenient and cheaper. You can get to the city and all the other attractions faster.
😢you must do.some homework and research before coming. You are so lost and aimless. Wasting your time and you can ask freely for help, people will help, good luck!
Ask the staff at the hostel which is the nearest train station to the hostel. Then you can use public transport easily to get around. Don't walk all the time, you're getting no where. I feel like not watching a Singapore vlog.
J/BT you cannot find places like those in Africa because African has too much corruption. You always have to do and follow the rules in SE Asia or you go to jail
John, why do u spend so much time asking strangers what their name?? U wont even remember their name. U bother strangers by asking their name all day?? If u are not spending time with them, please great them, a little hello and keep going. Who taught u to do that?
He lives in Kenya and has invested in Kenya, and so he has all the rights to say he is from Kenya. It shouldn't be a problem. It's still Africa. One melting pot.❤
He's from all over the world plus, he's hardly in Burundi, a country that's not as well known as Kenya. Perhaps hus response could be: I was born in Burundi but now llve in Kenya. This response may might elicit longer conversations with those who inquire, IF he's seeking more subscribers. 😊
You go J you did a great job with those chopsticks 🥢 👍You can never go wrong when ordering rice plus it could be affordable and will make you full. Enjoy 🫡
