The skinny vanilla latte is a vanilla latte with nonfat milk and sugar free vanilla! Though it's healthier to get with a non dairy milk like oat :)
Do it as In-n-out, Panera bread, and Jack in the box.

For McDonald’s you could do a quarter pounder protein style (lettuce instead of a bun) with no cheese or seasoning.
Do it at Taco Bell, chipotle, and Burger King
i feel like most things at chipotle are healthy
And they can do it as KFC, Dairy Queen and In-n-out.

I don’t like how thin McDonald burger Patties are , so I prefer the quarter pounder with cheese. I also hate the fish fillet. I love fish but it’s just not very good in my opinion. This was such a fun video to watch though. Part 2 ??

At McDonald's The cheese on the fish fillet is actually healthy I mean it's just protein it's carbs like bread that doesn't help in my opion anyway... Unfortunately they did away with most of the healthy options like that parfait which was my favorite. I don't understand why they did that.. at Wendy's I don't get the burger over salad either lol
I used to love McDonald's fruit and yogurt parfait don't know if that's still around or egg white Mcmuffin perfect for me because I don't like egg yolk

at mcdonalds the healthy option would be a kids meal because the calorie count is lower then all the lunch meals/items
