Hung curd- 1 Cup
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder -1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala- 1 tsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic-chilli paste- 1 tbsp
Fennel seed-1/2 tsp
Carrom Seeds- 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi-1 tbsp
Mustard Oil- 2 tbsp
Gram Flour- 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red food colour - 2 drop (optional)
Green capsicum- 1 big size
Onion - 2
Tomato- 2
Paneer- 500 gm
For Green chutney ;--
Coriander Leaves- 1 Cup
Mint Leaves- 1/4 Cup
Ginger- 1 inch
Green Chilli- 3
Garlic- 4
Capsicum- 1/4 Cup
Cumin- 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala- 2 tsp
Black salt- 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
Thick fresh Curd- 3/4 Cup
