Seems like most the TV couples that date in real life split. But Josh looks happy with his wife and kid and just glad Katie and Surri escaped Tom Cruise. But as for the show was was happy that Joey picked Pacey as they where one hot TV couple and challenged each other in a way that Dawson and Joey didn’t, though do wish Dawson would have found love too.
They were too young. Love changes and life too. There's more to life than chemistry and attraction...i think that's one thing Pacey and Joey taught about love. It takes a lot of things to work, a lot of effort.But Katie said in a interview that Josh was her first love even if they didn't last that long i think they probably still think about each other with love. After all, you almost never ends up with you first love...but that doesn't mean you have to forget them(another thing the show taught us).

We really think that "to look good" is a good reason for two people to date? 😂 ok,but they have chemistry.
