From what I seen she didn’t need anything. She already had a beautiful head of hair.
I don't think that she used too much hair spray because we have to remember, the client doesn't have relaxer in her hair and it's easy to revert back so the holding spray and whatever other products need to be utilized for the hairstyle to hold the style as long as possible. The client has beautiful thick and healthy hair. I wish I had that kind of hair. Beautiful 😍
Even more so considering we naturals avoid CHEMICALS. Hair spray has alcohol among a lot of other harmful things😮

I agree. I don't get that style often but when I do I must prep by deep conditioning after a deep shampoo and some heat protectant. That's what makes these styles and spray more tolerable on my hair.

Definitely a classic style just modernized by the sleekness & convenience of the ponytail! However the heat and alcohol from hairspray is only good for a lil while especially with tension!! I do my daughter’s with foam wrap and strips & set under hairdryer for the Soft ‘ look
