no hate towards russians but they really should make a setting where you can exclude russian games in MM them mfs only be speakin russian to each other im losing every goddamn game partly because of them
That is absolutely the worst thing at MM. I haves said it before and I will say it again. Please make MM rule that only Russian and Turks can meet each other as teammates. Majority of Russians and majority of Turks can’t/won’t communicate in English 🥴
You're speaking facts man that is exactly what happens whenever i try to play solo dude istg even tho in trying to explain myself nicely in English (because ofc i don't know Russian)they just don't understand shit 💀
If you're playing solo with "questionable" teammates, don't try to create a good team during one match. Try to play around their quirks instead. If they always stack one site, try to play passively on the other site and go for the retake instead. If they play overly aggressive, try to support them with flashes and hold angles for them. Play in a way that compliments their suboptimal playstyle. Bossing them around and trying to make them play the way you want will very rarely work. It's more consistent to change your own playstyle.
We need a rank system similar to that of LoL to show you points or something like that to see how much you have until you rank, it's very annoying not knowing when you rank and when you don't....
Guys I was stuck in silver for 1 whole year half of that in silver 1 but I just kept on believing that I would rank up one day. I got a friend that basically motivated me to keep going. I am currently sitting in gold nova 2 and I am extremely proud of myself.
One thing was wrong because some have decent gamesense they still manage get up to gold like friend my aim is better than him but i am in. Silver 4 and he is in gold nova 2 he has a silver account playing with us almost every clutch he wins cuz of decent gamesense (silver Xy9x)
I'd say take the GN section and merge it with the silver one, people are seriously thinking silvers are just strait outta fortnite or cod with 2 hours in the game. I've seen silvers hit pretty good shots with good crosshair placement. For GN and above, teamwork, economy and adapt to situations because you can't ever trust MM teammates.
A lot of Silvers are stuck there because they play on the same account they started with. The more wins you have, the less ELO you get for winning, which basically means you get punished for being a new player, and end up stuck in the Silver ranks.
True but you know what? All ranks are the same but in higher ranks is more good people and in lower ranks more bad people but sometimes silvers are better than globals depends on players you play with
Aimbot practice really helped a lot in my Aiming. After playing aimbots as a warmup routine I was a able to move from Silver 4 to Master Guardian 1 in 2 months. Still have a lot to improve tho. Don't lose hope guys, just remember to always have a fully warmed up aim before jumping into Competitive matches.

the longer you play with one account the harder it gets to uprank. I'm a solid Faceit lvl 5/6 player. Not a pro but even not a newbie. Believe me or not, I won't rankl up to DMG any time soon. Doesn't matter how many games i win. As soon as i lose 2 games in a row I'M MG2 again ..
My first rank on my current account was LE and I stayed there for a long time, until I stopped playing and when I came back they gave me GNM, now I’m stuck there
What helped me reach global solo queuing most, was being the most active person with the microphone. Learn to be in game leader, motivate your team when losing, try to calm toxic players.
@@fxkatsukiyoutube5334 Im also from EU. Most people know english at basic level, even russians. If you can't get global solo queue it's probably your fault. Supreme is super easy to get. One of my griefs is people not listening to suggestions, or even giving them. I have not yet had one guy noticing "chronic" mistakes, I may do, and adress them. On the other side, if I tell someone their crosshair is a bit low, or throwing a nade facing the gun of an opponent may not be smart, they scream toxic. Resistance to learning is a thing in this game.
are you using a competitive live match to try to teach someone? i mean could you like pick a better time? i'm trying to listen for doors, footsteps, falls, reloads and etc while you are making your foolish suggestions that I ALREADY KNOW! instead of being a backseat driver focus on living to the end of the round to help me clutch this in a real way ok bruh?
Same happens to me. Team mates are bots and when i tell them "all rush a short" then someone goes to b and someone goes to a long. Then after they die they rely completely on me. I cannot always hanle 1v4 situation.
I would argue the silver and nova step should be merged into silver and the steps in mg should be the steps for nova. Nowadays matchmaking is so inconsistent especially in solo queue and you’ll often get players who either got a lucky first rank or got carried hard.
In lower ELO, set your radar to cover more of map that is being played, it can help you a lot knowing what is happening on map actually. Lower ranks can have pretty inaccurate calls which can lead to losing rounds which should have been won...
I remember first time playing csgo 2017. A guy called me a baiter because i didn't trade his kill. This guy lack of communication, i alrdy told him to wait for the setup and he didn't wait. He straightly peek without flash and then he died. He called me a baiter and shitty player (@ that time i was the top fragger). He blame me because im silver although i have a lot of experiences playing 1.6 competitively back in the days. Now i'm glad im out of that shit tier. Right now my rank is LEM with faceit lvl 7. I play faceit a lot. Keep grinding guys :)
That's still baiting tho u could trade him , no matter if he Is good at comunication or not, solo queue Is different aproach than premade ,you can't expect someone to listen to you, support you or to cooperante, You need to play reactive. solo queue Is mostly carrying by Yourself . With a friend or premade all Is different, you can setup and diasscus about strategy, etc . If someone get stuck in silver they just need to work on their aim tbh
@@bokuzhi2660 nope, it was full party. At that time i was far away from the angle to trade. i knew the enemy might go back or his team alrdy there to cover him (frag, molo, etc) if i tried to trade. The yprac maps are actually a god send. I have good natural gamesense because game sense in Silver is easy to understand but I was stuck in Silver 2 from relying on my team and missing important shots. After putting some time into aim practice on those maps I’m now back to SEM and Gold Nova

Former silver here. During my time in silver 2 even though I was pretty much the lowest rank I would be consistantly matched against mgs. They werent smurfs, the accounts they played on were mgs.
Nice video. Love this kind of content. I've been stuck at LE/LEM for few years. I have practised tactical side of game lately and I think I'm a lot better player in some kind of situations than was a year ago. Focusing on setups how opponents play, who killed who and where and was that guy playing same spot rounds before (are they switching positions or "formation"). Counting opponent's economy better etc. I'm watching my demos to see how enemies react to different plays. How they rotate as a ct's, how to use map control as an advantage on both sides. I might miss some shots just because watching radar too much but it is what it is. Just started to think a lot more what, where, why and how. Sometimes maybe overthinking but that's better than not thinking at all. But I lack some aim and it takes too much training to improve it noticeable. I also suck at movement and can't kz at all. Even the most easiest strafe jumps are difficult sometimes. And jumps like Mirage sniper's nest to ladder room using window frame I can maybe success one out of five. I think I can't improve mechanical skills anymore and reaction time is slowing down year by year. But I enjoy playing! Maybe I could rank up to supreme or even higher if I'd go and play with a lot better players than I am and learn from those games and maybe get carried. I haven't played a lot against GE's so I don't know what are the things I maybe need to change to adapt better playing against good players. Best map is Nuke because it's so tactical and you have so many different options especially in 2v2's, 2v3's etc. Best map to use game sense, read ct setups and rotations as a T and it's almost like porn when you play with full team and everyone is giving info. You can play effectively with so many different guns. 2nd best atm is Train. You can use map knowledge as an advantage much better than many other maps. I don't have the best aim and reactions so I love maps where I can easily be unpredictable and take so many different angles. Train is so "balanced" (it's totally ct-sided, not what i mean) but for example even without perfect teamplay and nade usage you can still retake B easily. That map is just a masterpiece. You can enter to sites from b upper, b lower, popdog/ladder, t-con/main, ivy. That gives you so many options.

5:40 Personally I've been more successful keeping a 5-10 count in my head because the spray doesn't get jenky until after 10. Also, most bursts you will be prefiring with will be 5 or less, so getting this small window of spray down is the most efficient.
@@suqzz966 Waste of time. If you've shot all those bullets you're in 1 of 3 situations: 1 - You just missed everything on your target because your aim wasn't able to adjust although you have memorized a spray. Spraying at the wrong location won't help you if you're keeping your aim in the wrong location while following the spray. 2 - You randomly sprayed an entire mag. 3 - You killed the majority of the enemy team (3-5) while they rushed you. You were actually useful, but still didn't need to know the entire spray pattern. It's more important to be able to adjust your spray for 1-3 enemy players, which is way harder than keeping your spray in the same location. It's about moving your spray's location to a new location while keeping the spray controlled. Also, killing the majority of the enemy team can also be accomplished without knowing the entire spray pattern. Typically you won't spray an entire mag to kill a large group of enemies because bursting and hitting your headshots are more important. Which means you only need 10-15 bullets of the spray down, not 30. Shooting 30 means you're missing too much.
@@jablanguado7738 Dude just wrote a whole essay telling me I can't aim or spray control/transfer lol Spray patterns are really easy to learn, and I don't understand what you mean by memorizing since I think nobody really memorizes the patterns in their head but it's just in muscle memory. If I learn an entire spray pattern I don't look like some guys at my level that tap, miss, tap, miss Even if I miss the first shot I can easily control my spray back to their head. And i've actually used the whole spray quite a lot, in solo queue my team mostly dies and then i'm alone for example on mirage mid, and when ct's start playing dumb and push mid I can just spray them down most of the time. Nobody ever said I need 30 bullets to kill an enemy, it's just better to always have some kind of backup when you actually do have a huge choke. Edit: And by the way I don't really play CS anymore, I was hoping of getting into a team but didn't have much luck.
I feel like most of these tips go out the window when you soloqueue... I used to have a bunch of friends playing together but they all just disappeared
Here's the 1 thing I find rough about this video... I remember back when I 1st started I was initially Silver 2... I met a bunch of Smurf players when I queued with for a long time and it helped me learn the game really fast... I was to a point where I achieved MGE... Next thing you know.. Valve patched MM Lobby's to the point it is now... Then the huge rand nerf hit and I was Deranked from MGE all the way to Silver 1 and now it's hell... Players have no idea how to play and I have 5000+ Hours in this game.. I was super confident on hitting shots in solo queue as an MGE... Now all those shots I once hit are no longer registering and it's very rough.. It's mainly a Mind game for me at this point
@@MrIbeHackin Same thing happened to you eh? Believe me... It's not fun at all... I would go into Aim Bots and warm up and get Flick-Head Shots While Quick-Scoping between shots... I would scope on a bot and shoot > Immediately while on the bolt action process on the next shot I've already flicked over and fired again and hit a collat HS with the Quick Scope Flicks... I would Solo Queue on Cache... I had the timings down perfectly to get to Mid Garage and Scope to White Box and prefire before the guy would pop up behind White Box.. Then I swing and Pre-Fire Z Connector... I could do this with AK and AWP... Players called me a cheater because I had awareness of the way the map was played and I could hear CT's rushing A and B Main and I'd call out to "Play Passive. They're already pushing us..." and we just waited for them as T's... I would be able to hit dirty No Scopes and crazy shots and that skill is just not there anymore... and playing with garbage players is not fun...

I think 1 part is I switched my mouse settings a large amount... So I'm gonna have to reconfigure that part 1st and foremost... As I said though... It's a definite Mind Block... It's one of those blocks where you're struggling to to be successful. At the same time, you're aware of what needs to be done to fix the issue(s)... The only interruption(s)in this block are your teammates distracting you and therefore making you lose focus... Looking at it from that perspective.. For myself I believe it's a Mind Game I'm playing with myself... When I struggle I forget to shake that struggle off and keep my head on my shoulders... I believe That's my #1 Issue...

He's definitely right about keeping your crosshair headshot level. I still suck but I've been playing for like 4K hours and I can see how most of the time I'm getting headshots without even thinking. Feelsgoodman
The problem when playing with silvers is that if you're the smartest player, play tactics, prefire, good crosshair placement and everything you can't win cuz they jump and run like idiots and they somehow kill you first. You can't expect them holding a normal angle where you can prefire and kill even pro players.
players in silver know it's not that simple and easy to get out of I have nearly 900 hours and there's no sign of progress no matter how much I practice and improve
The best advice for ranking up is get good. I don't really know any smokes, but i have a pretty good game sense and a good understanding of the mechanics of the game. Almost every game I end up near the top of the scoreboard. I hit some pretty long winstreaks quite often. I play with one or two friends usually. Probably need to start playing with full premades to rankup from dmg. But up to dmg I have been just fine with good aim and movement.
Back in day before I played comp I spent about a month or so playing casual because it’s good for gamesense and playing against better players. Seemed to work 😂
problem is im in asia and when i play casual its all chinese skin simulator people that only know how to rush with a p90 or flaunt their knives nonstop and end up dying because of it. I mean I do kill them a lot but I dont really improve or get better gamesense either since it's the same thing everytime. At most I do casual to get exp.
I have no requirements he mention in gold nova section yet still I'm sitting around mg2-dmg, with highest rank achieved LE. Playing cs since 2002 or 2001.
This "elo hell" argumentation some people complain about is mainly an issue of not improving personally. I remember the good old nova days, where I was stuck for months playing 5-8 games evry day. I thought I was caught in elo hell as well but looking back now (Supreme by now) I realize that I just was that much worse than now. Also this argumentation is really wrong if you think it through: Assuming you are/think yourself to be better than the average player on your rank this means the following: Your team and the enemy team have the same quality for 4 players (5 for the enemy; on average, there are bots and pros in almost any rank), but the difference is you being better than the rest (on average). This means that you should win more games than you lose (if you're actually better!) hence ranking up eventually.
I thought elo hell existed as well, but it's all about improvability, i got up to GN4 without practicing and was mad why i never went to Master Guardian. Only after many hours on aim botz i ranked up
Nice video, but I think that what is needed for each rank depends on the region. For example, I am MG and when I was in silver, despite having better aim than most people what really pushed me out was learning basic smokes. In gold nova it was pretty much down to aim and up until now I think GM depends on teammates, I can rather be matched up with people with good aim and game senese (including calls) or I end up with people that still aims to the floor and thorws nades with no reason, I always wonder how did they get there. Anyway I think this tips are still pretty helpful, overall for begginners that dont know what to practice. PS I play in SA (specifically in servers from peru/argentina)
Get a five stack and if u are all motivated u can rank up also some adjustments such as mouse and wrist positioning can help improve aim and watch pros to leaner how to play like them
@@nofacebadman7207 Watching pro demos doesn't help as much as you think. The youtubers that analyze pro demos can help for sure. but the demos themselves won't do much for alot of MM players. They won't be able to see the whys and just copy what they do but in a completely different situation where it ends up being a stupid play or they see a trick and do it every single round.
this is nonsense. the real trick to csgo is not aim, crosshair placement, movement, smokes etc. it is patience, communication and teamwork. you will notice the higher the level of play the more patient players are period. this game is more about capitalizing on your opponents mistakes than it is making clutch or perfect moves. everyone from silver 1 on up knows about crosshair placement. this game is more competitive than ever. everyone has already seen all of war owls videso lol. the biggest thing separating games at all levels can be summed up by patience, communication and teamwork.
@Emily wow such a wise words from our mighty LE friend, communication is unreliable. So all silvers out there no need to tell info to you teammates just aim, you will rank up
Truth behind smurfs in silver rank. It is not intentional many times. i was MGE. From silver 1 slugged my way up. After i stopped playing for some time, i got my rank wiped. So am i smurf or do i belong in silver, if every mach i play i carry my team?
SEA GN4 is like EU DMG, I played in both regions, no one believes me but don't be discouraged, the skill difference is massive, I'm from India, I play on EU with 150 ping and I'm LE, but I have a 2nd account for playing in SEA and I struggle against MG1 ranks sometimes lol Oh and before some retard goes "EU > Asia" that's true in the pro scene, but our MM and rank distribution is fucked up, and that's why this is the case.
from my experience in MM in asia servers : Most asian boys play with premades , rarely some solo queue . but if they do this is what i observed GN4- MG2 = LE smurfs MG2 - DMG - SMFC smurfs LE- either good premades or carried i don't have friends and i play solo queue all the time. Japanese players are accurate team players Chinese players are intelligent but some are suspicious Vietnamese are try hards to the point where they are suspicious Philippines are try hards too but with a heap of salt and toxicity but very good in executing team play Solo queue players i encounter are usually: a. smurfing b. trolling c. high off drugs so it's a russian roulette so to speak . “Get better at communicating”
*new mm starts*
Ruski ist?

The yprac maps are actually a god send. I have good natural gamesense because game sense in Silver is easy to understand but I was stuck in Silver 2 from relying on my team and missing important shots. After putting some time into aim practice on those maps I’m now back to SEM and Gold Nova
My favourite map is Inferno and/or Nuke. Both very team oriented, and somewhat tactical maps, where aim isn't the most important factor to win.

Jesus bro you just typed a whole tda (state exam)
If you Lem and wanna play better, go faceit or esea. Team play and game sense is actually a thing there.

5:40 Personally I've been more successful keeping a 5-10 count in my head because the spray doesn't get jenky until after 10. Also, most bursts you will be prefiring with will be 5 or less, so getting this small window of spray down is the most efficient.
I just learned all of it.
@@suqzz966 Waste of time.
If you've shot all those bullets you're in 1 of 3 situations:
1 - You just missed everything on your target because your aim wasn't able to adjust although you have memorized a spray.
@@jablanguado7738 Dude just wrote a whole essay telling me I can't aim or spray control/transfer lol
Spray patterns are really easy to learn, and I don't understand what you mean by memorizing since I think nobody really memorizes the patterns in their head but it's just in muscle memory.
If I learn an entire spray pattern I don't look like some guys at my level that tap, miss, tap, miss
Even if I miss the first shot I can easily control my spray back to their head.

100% agree and relate

Only after many hours on aim botz i ranked up
9:13 "people tend to become less tilted whenever they play with their friends" ...
such a lie
Rlly not , i actually have more fun with my friends and i dont get tilted at all almost
If they're all tilted you're probably the problem at this point.
My aim in aim maps is impregnable but it won’t translate to competitive for me 😢
same
What's the name of the community map that gives the normal positions of every map and the nades aswell? ( on 5:05)
Why can't 70% of the CIS watch this video
returning after about a 5 year break... superhelpfu! thanks
Step one: become S1mple
Step two: you can’t
Cobblestone and Train are some of my fav maps
Im just too bad at csgo i just cant rank up so i have given up and just played for fun
We know cuz silver full of cheaters and smufers
Get a five stack and if u are all motivated u can rank up also some adjustments such as mouse and wrist positioning can help improve aim and watch pros to leaner how to play like them
@@nofacebadman7207 Watching pro demos doesn't help as much as you think. The youtubers that analyze pro demos can help for sure. but the demos themselves won't do much for alot of MM players. They won't be able to see the whys and just copy what they do but in a completely different situation where it ends up being a stupid play or they see a trick and do it every single round.
what is the name of the map you recording ? i like how you have all the maps in one
this is nonsense. the real trick to csgo is not aim, crosshair placement, movement, smokes etc. it is patience, communication and teamwork. you will notice the higher the level of play the more patient players are period. this game is more about capitalizing on your opponents mistakes than it is making clutch or perfect moves. everyone from silver 1 on up knows about crosshair placement. this game is more competitive than ever. everyone has already seen all of war owls videso lol. the biggest thing separating games at all levels can be summed up by patience, communication and teamwork.
Yup you are right. But sometimes you cant communicate with your m8. So updating your own skill is important.
Emily this is facts this guy is just sad he had to use a trackpad on a laptop 🙂
@Emily wow such a wise words from our mighty LE friend, communication is unreliable. So all silvers out there no need to tell info to you teammates just aim, you will rank up
Jeremy Phietappa where I live ALL of my teammates are toxic Russians and I have to communicate with sign language.... oh wait
@Emily bro i still dont understand how can you win a competitive match without info of where the enemy is...
I just started playing CS and I am Master Guardian right now, wish me luck!
0:56 The answer is s1mple...
Goddamit bro...
1:13 Good! I love this part! Hate people that just say practice without any follow up tips like how to practice
Plot twist: he is a silver himself
Truth behind smurfs in silver rank. It is not intentional many times. i was MGE. From silver 1 slugged my way up. After i stopped playing for some time, i got my rank wiped. Once i started playing again (few months later) i had to play 2 to get ranked again. i was thrown back to Silver 4. Rage quit. then again silver 2. So am i smurf or do i belong in silver, if every mach i play i carry my team?
As a player of 17 years, my favorite is Dust II.
U just play public deathmatch right? 😂
Voyage90 How did you know? Lol
Proguides you never mentioned more advanced crosshair placement like how to hold against enemies peeking you
Is it just me or SEA gold novas is so hard
SEA GN4 is like EU DMG, I played in both regions, no one believes me but don't be discouraged, the skill difference is massive, I'm from India, I play on EU with 150 ping and I'm LE, but I have a 2nd account for playing in SEA and I struggle against MG1 ranks sometimes lol
Oh and before some retard goes "EU > Asia" that's true in the pro scene, but our MM and rank distribution is fucked up, and that's why this is the case.
@@hex6460 Not true...
I play EU DMG and never saw you there :/
@@hex6460 fucking knew it..
becoz theres alot of Asians Boys
from my experience in MM
in asia servers : Most asian boys play with premades , rarely some solo queue . but if they do this is what i observed
GN4- MG2 = LE smurfs
MG2 - DMG - SMFC smurfs
LE- either good premades or carried
i don't have friends and i play solo queue all the time.
Japanese players are accurate team players
Chinese players are intelligent but some are suspicious
Vietnamese are try hards to the point where they are suspicious
Philippines are try hards too but with a heap of salt and toxicity but very good in executing team play
Solo queue players i encounter are usually:
a. smurfing
b. trolling
c. high off drugs
so it's a russian roulette so to speak . Enjoy the game
4:48 which workshop map is this for prefire??
Creator of vid: to get out of mg u have to know smokes flashes to fight the zone you can t get to
Me in silver while knowing a lot of flashes and smokes and using them💀💀💀💀
I think i will die in silver
Send me demo n.n
I got my mate out of silver with two things. Community multicfg dm and retakes. Muted people if you have to
Lol I can't get out of silver 3 I'm faceit level 7 tho solo queue I just gave up on mm
"once you're eagle try and find things that help you win more games" damn thats some good shit advice over there
Your telling me just work on my aim and I get out of silver lmao this guy has obviously never played one a silver account. I’m face it level 4 and still can’t get out of silver
AJ Bobcat LOL. Faceit lvl 4 and silver are about equal skill level. You only need to work on aim and crosshairplacement to get out of silver...
@@ProudOne this comment has to be a joke
if u play free faceit it's pretty much the same thing..
pensive no, but the fact that u seem to think so tells me u r in that same skill level...
@@ProudOne faceit level 4 is around dmg, at least where I live. silver in face it is barely lvl 1
Italy from CS 1.1
*nostalgic music*
Imagine getting better at a game where you queue and find the same enemy 3 times in a row cause only you 10 people are searching for a game lmao
Ah, a fellow player in india MM I see.
@@hex6460 whaaat? MM in india is packed bro
@@dhanajon5528 If you look at the stats, there's like 15k people in total playing at peak times lmao, and it gets worse at higher ranks bcs everyone else is in silver or nova, its almost the same people and bcs the playerbase is so small, cheating is such a big fucking issue as well, at LE it's just suicide for me to queue for a match because of the people that play like bots first half then become XANTARES the next one.
@@hex6460 where can i find those stats?
@@dhanajon5528 steamdb.info/servers/
The numbers are less than I said lol.
I’m LEM and i watched it from start till the end. Great video!
This is useless for silver like how are you supposed to beat the constant hackers? I’ve played against mg’s and won easily and they think we’re silver smurfs but we’re not
JewishBanana Just Get Prime
@@maxkakuk1066 i have prime, prime just made it so that i get worse teammates and better enemies
Madis Ilves better than hackers i suppose
Rasmus Poulsen lmao no prime is just as bad with the hackers like they literally buy prime accounts for like 2$ and hack on it kinda sad but it happens and they ruined a good game
@@rallep3 dident get hackers in non prome
difference between LEM and Global Elite is the same like in Faceit 2000 elo and 3000+ elo , higher rank/elo is headshoting you like maniac if he sees u for more than 0.5sec
