Nothing wrong with this footage as it conveys the atmosphere on that ride really well. I went out on Friday to shoot some aerial clips on the last day of testing. Some turned out okay, but they're never quite perfect. Keep up the good work! Enjoying your videos!

Thanks man I appreciate it! Do you plan on taking a ride on the new line? Pretty neat, particularly the tunnel from downtown to the Tawatina bridge and the elevated Davies station.

While you were filming this, I was eating breakfast at Denny's on 50th Street. I caught the train on opening day too at 5:45am from City Centre to Millwoods Town Centre. (It was dark outside still). After breakfast it was sunlight and I took it back home to Churchill Connector station.

Cool no way, I really wish I would have just gone later in the day to reduce the reflection I was getting on the windows. Pretty cool rail line though eh, I particularly like the raised Davies station and the tunnel going from downtown to the new bridge. Glad they finally got it complete, despite how bad the transit system is in general we still need decent LRT coverage across the city.
      Cheers

Nice to see the line open after 3 years of delay... Can't wait to do the Churchill connector myself and take a ride...

Yeah long enough wait hey, it was cool to ride the new line - in particular the tunnel going from downtown to the river crossing and then the elevated Davies station were real highlights for me

Ah yes, no snow November. It was a nice winter.
And I wonder how long it will be before the Lewis Estate leg opens. I’d say 2030, if history is any indication.

Lol maybe 2050. I wish I would have done a lot of things differently when I took this video (went later in day so no reflection, sat at front for better view, etc.) but it was fun to ride on the first day. Embarrassing delays but pretty decent final product. Cheers!
