I got admit from Clemson university for masters program in civil engineering and they have estimated inflated cost of attendance (living expense) for 1 year.The one year estimated cost as per university is 42,000 dollars.Is it ok if I show the financial documents for 50,000 to 55,000 dollars to get i20?

The OIE portal says " Upload copy of original bank statement or original bank letter (liquid funds only)" . So can I upload a Bank Balance Certificate?

If I got I20 from one university but later I got acceptance from other universities then does the same financial statements be used or new one needs to be made?
If you already have an I20 from one university but later receive an acceptance from another university, you can use the same financial documents for both universities. However, if you're submitting a bank statement as your financial document, it's recommended to submit the latest one to show that you still have the required funds available.
