'Commonwealth realms' are 15 nations that are not Republic and have the Queen is official head of state.
'Commonwealth of nations' is a group of 50+ nations that have many Republic countries having 'President' as official head of state.

But from 26th January 1950, we adopted Constitution of India, from that time it's changed Republic of India. And our constitution make President is head of State. So what is written in British constitution in India independent act all are meaningless. If you have passport then check it's written Republic of India, and clearly mentioned there, this passport is property of Government of India, not for any Queen or King's family. If you have any doubts read Constitution of India. Don't use any shortcuts like Google
