As you found out at the end, Zaphion is the backrow removal. I had been wanting to learn Trickstar for a while and every card in the Archtype was legal in the event, so I made a Trickstar deck with a counter Fairy engine. Now that I unlocked everything, I'm trying not to burn down my kitchen with Gaia Felgrand.
I ran my custom Blue Eyes deck I built before the structure deck was released. Smashed it hard. Then tried the loaner decks and loved the Hero one. I am thinking of making a Timelord deck just to see why people run them so much. Thank you for doing this!!
The event's not too bad until you run into the burn decks, but the loaner decks seem a bit more viable in it. During the event I was just running with the loaner hero deck cause I wanted to learn how to play them a bit, it's pretty newbie friendly for learning heroes from the looks of things. But after I had enough gems, I bought the new blue-eyes structure deck and built a blue-eyes deck that had a few other cards it lacks, (i.e. Nebula Dragon and Galactic Spiral Dragon cause easy rank 8 xyz monsters if needed,) and cleared it with just that.
@@Citizen_Nappa23 they banned alot of good cards that kill ninjas. Most of my wins were going 2nd. I would permanently flip cards so they have no monster zones left and they scoop or just atk direct and they wouldn't have an answer. Field spell was almost broken with destruction protection and infinite recycle of cards
This video takes me back to the DS Yugioh games where stall/burn decks were used by damn near every NPC & I’ve hated them ever since. A lot of memories I thought I buried got resurfaced 😭😭
I used a shiranui mayakashi deck. Never really played the shiranui side of things, but it worked pretty well since it was mostly mayakashi combos for me while going up against a lot of hero decks.
For the event I've been running a Super Quant deck and my Neos deck. I had thought about resurrecting my Time Lord deck for this event, I have to remember what my decklist for it is.
Ninjas ftw. Nobody expects the Jioh board locks, or the direct attacks. Going +5 off a trap into contact fusion Meizen on my opponents turn is pretty spicy too
Haven't watched the full thing to find out if you answered it yourself but I'm commenting so I don't forget. There actually IS a Timelord that shuffles the whole field back into the deck, being Gabrion. The downside was letting them draw equal to the amount of cards that were shuffled into the *main* deck
Powered through with "synchrons" instead of trying to play it the traditional way i ended up using a level 6-9 synchro toolbox with the assault mode engine which was pretty cool. Second account i played Abyss Actors which was honestly just a huge sweep it's honestly insane they didn't hit anything for that deck Last i played tellarknights. They don't have the constellars so that kinda sucked but they're pretty fun.
Gate guardian for the whole event. Getting wind and water out against hero is so funny. You can stop increase from being played from the back row since it counts as a trap
My event deck was my old reliable - Mayakashi bone tower mill. Loses its best trap so pure Mayakashi isn't really viable but the mill plan is actually pretty consistent
10:00 totally me honestly, yeah i *CAN*make a DM deck....but i dont *WANT* to make a dark magician deck. it'll make getting Sorcerer of Dark Magic out easier but again i would have to use DM.
I love this event no ash meaning my malefic world was safe and came in clutch😂😂These Timelord decks were a pain to deal with😭not being able to normal summon after giving an opponent lava golem is another pain
i used a hero deck to finish this event. been having so much fun expiermenting with the new wingman monster . i even started testing out a deck that uses one ofs of most of the neos fusions and its the decks focus. i doubt it would ever win in rank but hey its still been fun testing out in solo mode
I didn't run chaos max for event. I ran blue eyes control duel jet dragon turn one. Ran this build knowing it was going to be flooded with heros players won 21/23 matches against hero decks. 2 loses due to bad starting hand but you'll get those.
blind second spider xyz OTK best deck for events on a budget on my main account i am cooking with the new alt art blue eyes in the event and master rank
Here's that video I mentioned

Let me in on this deck list. I got the counter fairies but the trickstar would be fun to add.
“What have you become?”
“I am, what you made me!”
That’s whats going through my head

The Hero loaner deck was honestly really nice and even inspired the build I used for the event
Timelords are very interesting especially when pure

Ninjas finally had a chance to shine. No maxx C, no ash blossom. Had a lot of fun with this event
Honestly I don't think it was due to them they banned evenly matched which if being used turn 2 would destroy the board of a ninja player

Any burn deck is a good video to me lmao.

LMAOOOOOOOO I'm SORRY DJ BRO
*Activates Sparks*

Magic cylinders to search out and double damage is fun. I would use at least 2 of those and drop a ring of destruction
That's why playing Lord of the heavenly is important

I used a Dark Magician/BLS ritual deck with Slifer at 1 just for giggles. The deck I faced the most was Trickstar burn.
I used the Harpie loaner and my own variant of a Blue-Eyes deck for the event (though mostly the loaner)
10:00 totally me honestly, yeah i *CAN*make a DM deck....but i dont *WANT* to make a dark magician deck. it'll make getting Sorcerer of Dark Magic out easier but again i would have to use DM.

Bro I did the exact same thing hahaha. Summon limit came really clutch for me.
OH TRUEEEEEEEEE! You're a chad for running Malefic
I played Galaxy Photon, surprised that it was actually crazy in an event for once
i used a hero deck to finish this event. been having so much fun expiermenting with the new wingman monster . i even started testing out a deck that uses one ofs of most of the neos fusions and its the decks focus. i doubt it would ever win in rank but hey its still been fun testing out in solo mode
Flame Wingman definitely opened the door for a lot of new hero stuff. I want to try a Neos build again with him
@@VantaJay oh you gotta that card alone helps neos decks so much
Actually Gabion the time lord removes your opponents board and they have to draw cards equal to the number of cards put back into the deck
That timelord duel was nuts. Well played.
I'm shocked I even got out of that one with the win
I used a Elemental HERO deck. Had a duel where my opponent first turn summoned Blue-Eyes Chaos Max Dragon, and I won said duel.
I didn't run chaos max for event. I ran blue eyes control duel jet dragon turn one. Ran this build knowing it was going to be flooded with heros players won 21/23 matches against hero decks. 2 loses due to bad starting hand but you'll get those.
It’s the Trickstar burn deck that I’ve had the most trouble against in the event
Blue-eyes but I'm a few legacy tickets short.
🔥wingman vs Revendread
Infinitrack trains running everyone over
I had to grind with my blackwing deck. It took me almost two hours to get the sleeves.
I finished with the loaner deck harpies was so rough 😂 but fun
really thematic that you won with timelord due to a time limit 😂
tremendous fire is this rhymestyle channel?
gate guardian with a couple Egyptian god cards
I use a trickstar/timelord deck to finish the event.
You join the dark side my friend
Good thing the thumbnail reflects it lmao
you should play ranked with a stun deck ... the only next step after playing burn
Do I want to become even MORE scum? 🤔
Im playing my blue eyes deck and this event is actually pretty cool
Yay the burn deck
I used galaxy eyes it was almost unstoppable for this event
I use Ancient Gears every time.
Red eyes black dragon
Not how i would play burn i wouldnt even use timelords but all the pwr to ya. For event i finished 1st day ran Blue Eyes control.
Galaxy Eyes best deck
So wheres the link the video you mentioned
Oh right thank you for reminding me
blind second spider xyz OTK best deck for events on a budget
on my main account i am cooking with the new alt art blue eyes in the event and master rank
I didn't complete it but i did get all the free gems but i did used a ganky blue eyes lol
