Well, thanks! ALL of the handles on my pool plumbing are broken - old pool. 30 years now, and the PVC is still in good condition. I've been using a great big pair of channel locks to turn them. Fair Winds!
Does anyone know where to purchase the 2 inch pvc ball valve replacement handles that have the push on clip instead of the screw to attach the handle to valve? thank you.
Cannot find any 3/4 valve handle as you show. All of them at all the stores come together and you have to replace the whole valve. Any suggestions as where you can buy a 3/4 valve handle alone????
If you are looking for just the handle and can't find the handle buy the whole valve and take off the handle and save the ball and Joint if you need it later.
Sir i am the PVC Ball Manufacturer in India and my company gives the handle warranty for 5 years if it broken within that period, then we are going to give you that handle as free

Yes, as you said it is way cheaper to buy a new valve and use just the handle.

Honda.... Easy start, nice transmission, quieter engine, rear wheel drive, and really nice cut.
Paint the pipe with exterior grade house paint. Keeps the UV off the pipe. Nice green or blue.....
What if there is no cap on top ? Can the valve still be replaced without touching the pvc piping ?
How do you pop the cap off, if the ball valve is down in a recess, and you can only get at it from directly above ?

What if its 4 down in a circular enclosure with out a screw option and both handles broken off?
I would recommend putting some pool washer lube on the o ring if you get to it or true bottom of the handle I guess

My o ring popped out when turning. Should be able to fix now

If these ball valves are leaking around the handle there's no way to repair them
1:34 Drill a hole in it. It's junk anyway and will be easier to remove.

Can/should you paint or cover the new handles with tin foil so the UV or heat damage will be reduced and they will last longer...?
You can paint the handle and if in really sunny area the PVC as well
