The first time the resin (orange) went on it was thick. After putting down the fiberglass mat, the second orange resin coating was very watery. Did you add something to thin it out for the top coat?
Can you tell us how much resin, fiberglass and soapstone powder you had to use for something this size? And do you have a video on how you mixed up so much plaster? I assume you guys are either superhuman or you got a really cool machine. Or both. :) Awesome video! I think it's gonna have a ton more views soon. I'm subscribed! More videos, please! You guys are great.
Hi, thanks so much ☺️. So I have used 5kg resin and 2.5kg fiberglass mat, soapstone powder 1.5kg. We didn't use plaster. Thank you for watching, we'll upload more videos soon!
Beautiful work, but the raw materials were not mentioned. Please let's know the type of materials used to coat it, we are aware of the fibre glass sheet. Is the coat ordinary paint or a special type of chemicals? Thanks.
It's just amazing, may i ask a question You are doing a great job but is this only for a small scale manufacturing technology that works for special orders Or this hand-made manufacturing technique will be used for a large scale like 50-100 in a single day? I really interested in it and if you have a will to teach all these processes for a certain amount of money that we can offer you
Thanks, For question If you want large number of manufacturers per day (100pc). You use 25no. of mould per day, one mould production per day 4pc(12hours) Again thanks.
Absolutely brilliant, so helpful. Thank you for sharing your skills 😎👍

@@Sadgurufrpproducts Thanks so much for the info. I must have misunderstood. I thought you use plaster of paris to create the mound.
@@deborahbrancheau1373 that’s what I read too. Soap stone powder- so is that the sort of plaster used for tadelakt?

Excellent job. How do you apply the soapstone powder?, mixed with water? And with a brush before the paint? Thank you
Soapstone powder is mixed with polyster resin (orange color) not a paint and then applied it.
Very cool!

Hi. How to make it thick?
Frp Thickness:3mm
Can you please help me with the addresses of FRP mould makers to cast cement planters.
Please call:9167070003.
I'm confused. Why didn't you use the prototype as mold but instead you used the mold made in the prototype?
Repeat use and handling is much easier with the mold. Is my thought. Way better thou than heavy bulky weighty cement planters of the same esthetic.
Good question.
He mistakenly named the plug as mould.
1) plug
2) mould
3) product.
That's the sequence.
What is the price of pot of 20inch
I want to buy from you
Dia:20" H-20"
