May be you are keeping intensity on. You first off the intensity then switch off the machine. Try this

My wrist joint is painful i think its due to lifting dumbbells, it hurts whenever i bend my wrist. And one day i pressed my thumb joint too hard and its also hurting since that day. I had x-ray of my hand and its normal. And I'm suffering from joint wrist and thumb joint pain since a year.

I have learnt that 1mhz goes deep into the skin than 3mhz. So quick and best results are possible with 1mhz for improving collagen production on face.

Dr. Alisha Gupta. Aquasonic gel or Ultra sound gel allows 100% penetration of ultrasound waves??

@@ankit9326 if only volini spray or gel is used then the penitration of the ultrasound wave would be even lesser. However, the same can be combined with ultrasound gel (phonophorosis) to get comparatively better result. Although I personally like to use only aquasonic gel.

Mam, I have Spondylitis Problem due to which my neck is always stained. Can i use this machine on neck ?
@ Raunak Agarwal # yes. Of course u may undergo ultrasound therapy for your neck problem. But its better to hire a physical therapist for the treatment as improper use or application may harm both the UST machine & you. Besides, with wrong application u may not get result.
However, use UST for 10 to 14 days. Based on your condition u may continue it to maximum 21days at a stretch. But not more than that. If further continuation needed then take a break for at least 10days following which you may resume.
I would also like to advice you to see a orthopaditian to treat this medical condition as this is a degenerative condition. Under any condition the damage due to the degeneration can not be recovered or healed. Therefore, the earlier you start the treatment the better you would be to take control over the degenerative process. Never stop medicines on your own. Never stop treatment midway. Physiotherapy can care for your symptoms and may give you relief. Exercise can benefit you by increasing muscle strength, nutrient & oxygen supply by increasing blood flow, by increasing bone density & mineralization. But, medicines are also needed to prevent the degeneration process or to slow it down.
Besides medication and physiotherapy do some exercises as well which your therapist would customize for you and would demonstrate for you.

You may find a lots of videos on exercises for various issues (neck exercise in your case). But its better not to try them on your own without advice from an expert or professional. And for that advice one needs to visit a therapist at least once for consultation. Hope you got my point. Take care.

Thankyou, You can use 1mz frequency. Better you can consulte any physiotherapist online (video), or best you can do some exercises for foot pain along with ice therapy.
@ Kishore 123 # better not to buy online. Never go for a combo machine unless its FS&GS.
May purchase a 3Hz machine.
For treatment, use 1.5 to 1.7 watt/cm² of frequency in Continuous mode for 10minutes for 10 to 14 days.
But, a faradic foot bath would give you a better result i guess. However, a couple of exercises and ice massage can be combined for optimum result.

Both the modes have same effect continous is risky as it needs you to keep moving probe continously while in pulse you if you stop moving it wont harm
