I have enjoyed watching 3 of your videos consecivtly without much thought, just to see how you both would dance or dress to the next song, which by the way you both plus whoever, if anyone else helps out, great job! You could not erase the smile I had on my face the entire time! Just so, so, so cute. One thing that I always look for when I see people dancing is the expression on there faces. Such a fun dance and I can tell both partners are really enjoying it. The dancing was great as always and I never get tired of her expressive hands. She instinctively knows what to do with them. It's not forced or contrived. Very enjoyable watching them. Thank you for the fun. It makes me smile and I feel happy.

I takie słowa wypowiada trener, który ma za zadanie inspirować innych ludzi do ruchu i aktywności ? 😉

Chodzi o to, że często pierwsze tańce są drętwe, bo zamiast właśnie poczuć siebie, swój luz, to młodzi uczą się wszystkiego 1 do 1, a nie uczą się aktywności, tańca, rytmu, tylko odwzorowują jak leci, w przypadku gdy ktoś pomyli kroki, to jest katastrofa, bo przecież tego na filmie nie było. Właśnie staram się uświadomić ludzi żeby nie uczyli się schematu, a żeby zainteresowali się pracą nad ciałem, luzem, koordynacja itd. Żeby ten taniec był ich. Taniec to wyrażanie emocji, jeśli będzie liczony i schematycznie powtarzany, to będzie kopią czyichs emocji
Z naszego doświadczenia STRES wynika głównie z kwestii niewystarczającego przygotowania i za małej liczby powtórzeń układu. Do tego dochodzi jeszcze obecność gości i powaga całego dnia. 😉 Na szczęście trafiając na dobrego trenera można uniknąć nerwowego liczenia pod nosem i można się dowiedzieć na co zwrócić uwagę.
Nie ma też nic złego w tym, że ludzie chcą próbować nowych rzeczy i trochę wychodzić poza schemat zwykłego kroku podstawowego. Szczególnie jeśli ktoś nie urodził się Królem Parkietu, to nauka po prostu wymaga więcej ćwiczeń, ale nie ma rzeczy niemożliwych. Najważniejsze jest zacząć . Ale to chyba tak działa w każdym sporcie.
Trening czyni Mistrza. A czy Mistrzem będzie się na pierwszym tańcu, zależy jak wcześnie zacznie się przygotowania i jakie ma się w tej kwestii marzenia. A każdy ma swoje i to należy uszanować. ❤️ Pozdrawiam
