Thanks!!! This saved my Airpods Max... it wasn't connecting or it would disconnect without any reason on the few occasions it did connect to my devices. I had already sent to Apple and the store said they replaced the headband... 4 months later and I was having the exact same problem, and this video teaching how to disconnect the headband from the driver cup made it possible for me to clean the connector on the headband and it's now working as it was on the day I bought them! Thank you so so so much!

@@LavonMoore its been doing this to me sincs i bought , sent in 2 times they didnt find anything. Sometimes it wont pop up on the bluetooth screen at all no matter how manyy times i reset it . Draining the battery to 0 fixes it.

Okay this is actually a good thing. As an audiophile this is something that can ruined the experience and having the ability to buy aftermarket parts or modify them is a huge deal. Now if the battery are this easy to replace I’ll actually reconsider buying them.
I fixit did a tear down you should check it out on there website, but tldr: after twisting the screws and removing the plastic held down by adhesive the batteries are actually held in by screws and isn’t to hard to replace, you’ll need a certain set of screw drivers though.
Replacing the battery is the biggest issue for you and you consider yourself an audiophile? How about the SPL limitation, the spatial audio that adds phantom channels and removes relevant audio in the process? Professional headphones have cords because they handle current that can't be wirelessly transferred safely yet.

Yeah I was about to ask a stupid question which was “Just a quick question but can you switch the left the right to right to left so that sounds from the left ear plays in the right and right to the left”. This is why you should at least get 8 hours of sleep every 2-3 days.
Kinda shocked you said you wear them to the gym, a lot of people had come to the consensus that they are be too heavy and move around too much to wear while moving let alone at the gym, do you find that is the case?
