Why are you using a realtor ? In Oregon it is personal property . I go to the seller tell them that I can do all the paper work save money . All it is go to city hall change title . Maybe 300 between buyer and seller .

That place is awesome!!! All the garden areas (and sheds and workshops) are amazing! I could totally live there (once fixed up, of course!) BTW, I'm 67 years old, and I would replace that bathtub with a clawfoot or Japanese bathtub in a heartbeat. Nothing beats soaking in a hot tub of water. I hope I can find the update on this one!! :-)
