CZ was not on my radar until last year when I bought a new 75B. Now I have five including the Shadow 2. I think a DWX is next on my list. It combines two of my favorite platforms. A CZ 75 and a 1911.
Re: Safety. This pistol was designed for IPSC production and in that division you dont use the external safety so they have these low profile safety levers to not get in the way
Regarding the safety; the small one can actually be a lot better for some people. I use a very high grip so my left hand sits partially on top of the safety. The bigger one would dig into my hand while the flat one doesn't bother me at all. Word of advice though; if you decide to adjust the mag release or sights, there's probably loctite on the screws so you may have to use heat to get them to move.
The ‘useless safety’ you mentioned, is for the the Production Division in IPSC. in this division, you have to engage your fist target in Double Action (DA) & then engage the other targets in Single Action (SA). Consider the advantages of this feature if you are in this division?
It will be on sale again-I passed the first time I saw it on sale and different sites had it on sale the 2nd time-keep searching by the SKU on gun.deals
@@Moderndaycowboy74 it's the store in Perrysburg Ohio, the guy told me today they had more in-stock, it's on sale in their flyer if you can view that??
The advantages of a slimmer slide that rifles inside the frame gives you a lower bore axis. Combined with the weight, the recoil is incredibly manageable- even for beginners. You can change your recoil springs down to 10lbs (after a break in period). To get even more manageable recoils & easier manipulations. The standard spring is 16 lbs. I think.
I sure enjoy you target reviews and reviews as a real shooter 🤔👍😎
Thanks 👍
That's just one badass handgun, I love it. I like that it has the black slide with the urban gray frame.
This color scheme is being discontinued-get one while you still can
@@erik22lax no doubt
Where can I get those nice magazines extensions.? Thank you for such a great Shadow 2 review, brother! I bought same pistol. Can't wait to get it.
Top gun supply

They just came out with a new dwx compact model I watched the vid on honest outlaw channel few weeks ago.
Good job
Good shooting and you will get better with it.Those are tack drivers for sure.
Are you sure the magazine release button isn't reversable?
Yes it is reversible this guy doesn’t know that obviously he also has a few other problems with the gun , perhaps it’s not the right tool for him .

How did you got your shadow 2 in that color way? I just ordered mine 2 days ago and it the basic black and blue color
this color pattern is discontinued now-I bought it last year

Good warning. I stripped my screw because im an idiot and didnt use heat
What for you need the Safety? The Mag Release can easily swaped to the Right! You bring no Tool to adjust the new mounted rear Sight to the Range?
I keep some tools in my range bag so I could have adjusted the sights but for the 1st time I didn't mess with them
Hola. Me puedes decir donde la compraste? Gracias
Hola amigo. I bought it online from gulf coast gun & outdoor-it's in Florida

Any MIM parts??

I always put gym powder on my hands when competing.
Chalk?

@texassabre7214 not a bad idea and no gloves
Do you like this or sp01 better?
Shadow 2.

Cz slides are ridiculous. You can’t grab hold of it and their springs are so stiff
the front serrations make all the difference

You’re not keeping the sights on the target through the trigger pul.
