its not , for some reason it happens more than with other actors that actually look more alike. When I think of a movie, I sometimes confuse them as far as which one played the role yet when looking at side by side picture there are are obvious differences. Perhaps its just the vibe these guys give of that is similar and their style in acting is somewhat alike.
