    I'm lost because the video jumps to the backside without finishing the front side with the legs. Also how would I adjust for a bugger dog?

      @@cherylbaldwin905 The dog in the video is 24 lbs. You can simple follow the video and make a coat of the right size - the coat in the video is a bit tight on my 24 lbs dog, should be perfect for a 20 lbs dog

      @@BeCozi the hardest part of this pattern is the holes for the legs and I can't figure out how to cast off and then make add stitches again. Also, could you add pattern for a bigger dog? I keep holding it up to my 100 pound lab to try!

  • @annfoehner4240
    @annfoehner4240 Год назад +2

    Oh, how cute. My dog is a toy poodle which means the coat you made would be too large how do you adjust it for larger/smaller dogs? Will there be a pattern available to purchase?

    • @BeCozi
      @BeCozi  Год назад

      You can start with 2 fewer stitches and follow the video for a smaller dog. 3 fewer if your dog is very small.

      @@BeCozi My dog is a tiny toy poodle her body is longer then wider. It is pretty coat and good for the winter or early spring or early fall. I will try it. thanks

      I'm sure that your dog loves his sweater as I know Michigan can get very cold especially your area. though we've had a lack of snow in our area it's still cool, so we try to put something on Abby whenever she goes outside. takes us long to put it in on her then it takes for her to go outside. And the legs are just right slits like she doesn't like a typical sweater where the legs are longer and sort of confine her movement.
