This is the only shooter I don’t mind dying in , because I know the player who killed me either has been stalking me and had a tactical advantage , or they are just simply trying to stay alive .
There’s no campers , just people playing tactically trying to stay alive and hold a position .
No kill cams to reveal who killed you, no killstreaks , no UAVs, No perks , no tactical sprinting bunny jumping drop shooting , no 360 no scopes, no bullshit ….
Just pure tense gunplay and fantastic immersive audio …even if I suck at this game it’s a damn good time trying to learn and improve

Hands down. Also has the most mature players to play with. Recently we’ve had a wave of COD people playing but for a long time it was all mature adults playing tactically and not just running around like COD. It’s nice to play with teammates who won’t walk in front of your muzzle or won’t accidentally shoot their teammate in the back😂

Recently discovered this game and haven't touched cod since. So refreshing to have an actual tactical military shooter to play in the era of modern gaming.
Every now and again a new wave of vets from other shooters find this game and say the same thing, it still surprises me to get back on again and see new players

I love Tarkov and Hell Let Loose but you need to put aside your evening for them. If you have just 30 mins to play or so then you can't beat dropping into a bit of IS.

It's one of the most underrated shooters ever! I have so much fun on the game and you don't have to kill yourself to earn weapons. You can use whatever weapon you want. Also limiting the attachments is nice too so you don't have guys running around with full decked out weapons constantly. But there are modes where you can do that as well. Also that revolver is nasty if you put the sniper scope and bipod
no hitmarkers in an arcade shooter in the year of 2024 is everything one needs to know about this game

I never played multiplayer fps games and have been playing games in general for 2 hours MAX a day for a least a year now but then I found this game 2 days ago and played 14 hours straight until 5 am and woke up just to play again right away. Best fps ever for me

Insurgency is the king of fast tactical fps
I never cheated in online games. Getting perma-banned from COD, for no reason, was the best thing ever. I discovered IS, and it is way more addictive and fun to play. At first, I didn't like it, because it wasn't just another COD. But, after a week of getting my ass whooped, I figured it out, and it's way more fun to play. The graphics are way better too.

i played so much the original standalone Insurgency, never bought sandstorm cause i know i would be hooked into it... looks so damn fun!
Old bf games are the only ones that come to mind that are actually similar to sandstorm. Definitely buy/upload the game.

I got this the other day because it was on sale. It’s pretty good but I am finding it difficult to play versus. I’m sticking to coop now while I get used to the game mechanics. I’m getting achievements as well (I’m playing on Xbox) but some of them seem nearly impossible like killing an enemy by kicking a door or taking down a helicopter

I played the original of this game I trully missed it's we'll thought out aiming realism - as I am currently playing COD mobile where snipers can shoot sniping - while jumping or sliding at the same time.
I was gonna say I’ll get hang of it & it’s sooo fun!!! Team death match is that only on like a private server not an actual mode?

@@JereZiii I spent whole Sunday playing PvE and loved it. Wish the menus and UI wasn't so bad but overall enjoy it a lot. Reminds me of classic good ol FPS games, no BS power ups, dumb weapon skins etc that all these games try to do now in CoD and Battlefield.

@@timbo1992 nice! There really isn't a way to see kills in this game outside of the scoreboard itself! You will get the hang of it pretty quickly if you just keep playing more!

For some reason my insurgency sandstorm can't connect to official servers? are the servers down or something? and i get kicked from community servers because my anti cheat keeps timing out.
Servers might be down or you need to verify your game files in steam

I love this game , but i have real problem with that when i start this game a error occur by this tittle ( kernel32.dll is missing ) and i 3 times reinstalled windows , install new directx and net framwork , graphic card latest driver , could not solve the problem. Pls help me❤
Have you tried verifying the game files in steam or completely reinstalling the game? You can also try going into the game folder and start it up as administrator!

@@JereZiii It was an old issue. I came back about 2 years ago after taking a break and didn’t come back. Every single server I joined had horrendous rubber banding, wonder when that was fixed.

Eu/Us has lots of active servers, playercount stays around 2-3k and its going to spike soon due to the new operation coming out! Crossplay is in the works at the moment

Every video of Insurgency Sandstorm I see the titles are like "best game ever, still the best, game is insane, etc" but in reality nobody plays it, the player count is way low than Insurgency Source, if this game is so good then why the hell everyone's ignoring it?
In reality the game is dying badly becauss of the NWI's stupidity, not listening to the fanbase & just implementing the shit they want, following the useless shit every game has, not the best game anymore, source was the best, thats it
I've been making videos of sandstorm pretty much weekly for years now so I don't know what you're talking about? Playercount on PC alone is 1500-2500 and it's been holding steady for years because of the loyal fanbase of the series and I've never had issues finding servers in the EU region.. I don't agree with a lot of the stuff NWI has been doing and there is a lot I would of done differently about the game and how it plays but still no other game offers the same sort of experience as Sandstorm, which makes it an unique experience and a good one at that.
I play it on PC Europe Servers and I have no complaints

Look at CS2 the game is buggy atm and has cheater problem but the playercount is in millions still, even tough every single gamer is complaining about it, my point is Insurgency could be much more better if they listen to the fanbase & add the gamemodes which insurgency source had, but no they wanna do what they want & what about updates is there any new content? New maps? New gamemodes? No, you will see this game will die & that's sad, because it has the potential to be in esports
I play from Thailand on a PS5. There is no problem getting in a game very quickly, at any time of the day. They have servers in 5 continents. Maybe it's time you just buy the game and see for yourself. The algorithm is special, not like COD or Battlefield.
