Future potential starter for first team if they developed well. But some of them are bought to be flipped into profit in the future and I think he is one of them for profit. Pros for him is that he got a good contract for several years then if he proof himself enough then naturally big teams will want him and Chelsea will sell him for a fair price.

He is really raw. From someone who watches him he needs to develop a fuck ton. He is super athletic but honestly everything else needs to be developed. Crossing/keeping possesion/1 on 1 defending/touch/dribbling, etc. His best attributes are his freak athleticism and attacking mind.

We made profit of maatsen. In order for a club to be able to spend money in transfers they need to make profits in the book. We sold Maatsen so we could afford the estavaos the enzo the Caicedos who are still being paid for.
