What I like is that your enabler spells are also protection spells. If an opponent tries to remove Eluge you can blink him in response, thus avoiding the removal and giving you another EtB and flood counter.
This guy is super sweet. Pretty straight forward, but I didn’t notice the blue reduction till I watched this. That’s crazy good. Blink him a couple times too, and that’s free real estate.

This dude is just ridiculous! Very worth the 4 mana. It's crazy that if you played it anywhere but mono blue, it could easily be the size of a little fish or drake, but you're probably going to have an intimidating sea monster. Great suggestions as always! I'm seriously considering building this guy, or retooling my mono blue deck to include him
It's kinda the same build I have for my Talion, almost monoU and full of clones, utility creatures with ETBs, exile spells and some counters and cards like Lazotep Plating & Slip Out the Back, plus a bit of Black Removal xD
