Ngl a power crush can stop his rampage highs but he really doesn't do mid attacks so just ducking and punishing can do it too
Hworang is just annoying as a character in my opinion
To consistently beat a competent hwoarang you kinda need to know how to operate him yourself which is way too much time investment for someone who doesn't compete.He is not alone in this tho.
