how did you get 120 fps on wuthering waves?

Install db storage for sql lite and locate the local storage file inside that you can edit. Search for it on RUclips how to do it you will get it. And it can be done on pc only. I am not sure wether it can be done on mobile or not

My laptop lags while playing the video

replay the same part again. it shouldnt lag. actually because of high bitrate youtube lags a bit. it doesnt happen with popular videos. youtube makes sure that popular videos should get streamed with full power and un popopular videos with high bitrate doesnt have that advantage. just replay the same portion again where it was lagging you will notice it wont lag again. just skip backwards 10 seconds

or otherwise the other problem could be that the graphics acceleration settings would be turned off on your browser which will be there in the settings of the broswer under system section
