    After using Galaxy A52s for almost 2 years, I switched to Pixel 7A. Here are my observations;
    1. Fingerprint reader is faster and more accurate on Pixel 7A compared to Galaxy A52s. The trick is, you need to moisturize your finger little bit before registering.
    2. Display quality is the same as Galaxy A52s; as a matter of fact the outdoor visibility is better on Pixel7A compared to A52s. Unlike A52s, Pixel 7A supports HDR on Netflix and the experience is amazing. Yes this device doesn't have 120Hz refresh rate but Pixel UI is so lightweight and optimized that 90Hz on this device will feel like 120Hz on Chinese phones.
    3. There's no doubt this device heats up more than most Snapdragon processors ( SD888, SD8 gen1 are exception) but not how RUclipsrs are criticizing. The problem with almost RUclipsrs is that they test a device for a couple of days and come to the conclusion. Some RUclipsrs even make a review video within 24 hours. As said hundreds of times on Google community, XDA and Reddit, Pixel devices need atleast 5-7 days to settle down. The device will heat up a lot during this time mainly because of the AI. The device learns your usage pattern and adapts to it accordingly. I also faced heating issue a lot even while scrolling through settings page or reading news. But after using he device for 8 days, the heating issue has gone down drastically.
    4. Same is the case with battery drain. My device was draining battery crazy fast initially. But after 8 days usage, now I am easily getting 6 hrs SOT. We have a Pixel 7 Telegram group. Everyone on the group has the same experience. Please join to see the battery stats etc in details.
    5. The network reception is good on LTE. Yes there is a problem with 5G. Device keeps switching from 5G to 4G/LTE. But I faced the same issue even on Galaxy A52s maybe because I live outside the city. Since I have a broadband connection, I set it to LTE.
    6. Camera is amazing. The color reproduction is almost accurate and there are enough details. Video recording is good too and OIS works quite well. Selfie and night photography is not that good though.
    7. This device comes with Gorilla Glass 3. A lot of people are saying GG3 is garbage. Those who do not know, GG3 has the best scratch resistance among all Gorilla glasses including GG Victus. Corning used to focus on scratch resistance before they shifted their focus to drop protection starting from GG4. If you use a good quality case like Spigen rugged or tough armor, it can protect your device from drops. I have been using Spigen cases since Mi A1 and it has saved my devices many times from unfortunate drops (I never use screen guards).
    8. Charging is painfully slow. It takes more than 2 hrs from 0-100 on a PD PPS charger. If your charger doesn't support PD charging, it will take more than 3 hrs to charge the device.
Conclusion: If you are a gamer, it's better to buy 1+11R as it has better raw power. If you are not a hardcore gamer or play casual games like me (I play COC) and want a compact device with a clean, smooth software experience with an amzing camera, you can definitely go for this device. Yes this device comes with only 3 years of OS updates unlike Samsung which is offering 4 years of OS updates. But, unlike Samsung, Pixel devices get amazing custom ROM support. So, if you are planning to use this device for more than 3 years, you will get amazing custom ROMs like /e/, CalyxOS, Graphene OS and many more.

My observation is that unless Google moves away from their Tensor chip which is Exynos based soc to Snapdragon the issues will remain unresolved, heating gets crazy like an induction top as device stays considerably heated over mobile data on 5g, as well as serious connectivity issues over mobile data. I won't suggest this for anyone!

They won’t move away from Tensor chips as it's their own in-house custom designed chipset meant to work with the Pixels. The problem is Samsung Foundry here as Samsung themselves have moved in favor of Qualcomm’s. Google said that they're planning to shift their Tensor chip production from Samsung Foundry fabs to TSMC fabrication by 2025 and hopefully the issues will be solved.

Tensor G3 is said to be make or break for Google Samsung relationship.
G3 is based on Exynos 2300(unreleased) and it has 9 cores (as per the leaks).
If it dont have heating issues and performance even around 8+Gen 1, then I'm sure Google will optimise it with its superior software experience.
If Exynos 2300 aka Tensor 3 fails once again, Pixel might move towards TSMC fabrication for Tensor chips.
I hope Samsung dont messes up this time, we need competition to Snapdragon and bionic to keep the prices competitive. Monopoly is never a good thing.

I have been using the Pixel 4a as my main usage 24*7 since Dec 2020 & this year, it's software support ended in August.. thus, from September, it is not giving its best performance & the battery is totally gone 🥲
Otherwise, it literally was so smooth like butter as said.. the only thing i missed and kinda FOMO these days were the wide angle lens and 4K 60 fps.. otherwise, even the first launch of 'a' series is still doing great even now except the battery and no software upgrades since months which is making it act weird sometimes!
But still, I'm typing this comment from my Pixel 4a only and it feels just like the Day 01 only 😁👌🏻👏🏻

Why should a customer pay money for something that they didn't do? Just after the update, this issue happened.
It's in brand new condition, and she has a rhinoshield case applied to it, but it was never dropped because she barely uses it. Please make a video about it!

I got Pixel 7a ...camera is good but there is immense network issue...while traveling to other states internet didn't work at all...which is so frustrating
