Hi, in configuration 1, when the integrated harness system is used, the seatfix connectors are blocked to prevent incorrect operation. The seat may only be installed with the vehicle's seat belt. As soon as you switch to group 2/3 and stow away the integrated belts, the seatfix connectors can be used.
Why does all the advertising for this list it as IsoFix compatible, when it is not IsoFix compatible when used in Group 1 mode, which is the only time that most people will want the isofix connectors to be used. It is hugely misleading.
Hi Paul, the Seatfix system is blocked in group 1, when using the seat with the integrated harness system! In this case, it has to be installed with the seat belt. As soon as you convert it to group 2/3 (without the harness system), you can use the Seatfix connectors.
Hi Paul, thank you for your question! The Seatfix system is just an option to stabilize the child seat in the car. Thanks to the installation with the seat belt, the Tian is fully secured in the car without any compromises in safety, even when not using the Seatfix connectors.
@@RECAROKids1 when in group 2 or 3, can this seat still be used without the front isofix connectors? for example in the front passenger seat of a vehicle where there are no isofix connectors usually, how would this work? would the seat belt around the child alone be enough to be safe enough?

Can you use the seatfix/isofix connections whilst in the group 1 configuration? My buttons do not seem to work to release the isofix bars.

Hey, should I strap the seat belt that is going up before or behind the black plate inside?

the belt should be placed within the red belt guides and behind the back plate of the backrest.

group 2/3 means that the seat is approved for children from 15-36 kg, which is approximately from 3 to 12 years.
I am just confused. Will the hooks of this seat ,called seatfix, fit isofix connection points of my car? Would someone enlighten me please?
