    Such a big inspiration! Maybe you can film 'what I eat in a week intuitivly' and track your calories. In the end you can show exactlly what you said 'one day I eat more, one day I was more active and had more hunger (or less?) etc. This would be so so helpful. Because I think to see it's possible to eat intuitivly and it's not always the same is really helpful for people how track and hit a number every single day..

    When I first switched to vegan I counted calories to ensure I wasn't under eating. I ditched that when I realized I was fine. This is the first time since I was 12 (I'm 48) that I'm NOT obsessing about calories. I'm just focused on overall health. Eating whole foods to nourish health. I read somewhere "you either eat for health or eat for disease". It's very liberating to just eat and be ok with that and be ok with food.

    Does intuitive eating only work for people who have sorted out their mental health/mindset? I was thinking if I ate intuitively it might be all junk foods 😬

      yes that is very true... it's so important to be in a healthy place mentally/emotionally so you can listen to your body and nourish yourself well
