Hi! Can someone please "Clearly" explain what is Being? I have been looking for a clearly defined, easy to understand example of this for over a year. I have PTSD and would love so much to be free of this nightmare. It's impossible to do this exercise or understand other videos who use the term "Being" if there is no clue as to what it is. I've searched the internet and apparently everyone has a differing definition. I wish Richard Miller would answer this but I know that's asking a lot. Thanks to any kind, knowledgeable souls out there who can answer this. - Thank you so much, blessings.
Being is when you just Are. Have you ever experienced a deep stillness sometimes in the middle of the night with the clock ticking? It cannot be explained. It can only be experienced. Thisness and Isness are other words that point to it. There is no thought in it, no thinking required, all those thoughts maybe present. Give your attention to that which is between thoughts. Hope this helps.

He’s commercialized it to some degree but I will say it’s good stuff and helped a lot of people from suffering.
