How I Bought 7 Acres of Farmland with a LOAN

It finally happened - I am the owner of 6.74 acres of farmland in Saratoga, New York!!!
How did I make this happen?
I got a farm loan from Farm Credit East - a cooperative that's part of the Farm Credit network. I had to put 30% down to secure the loan. If you don't have that kind of money, you can use the USDA (0% down loans available, especially for low income people).

Lender info already provided greatly appreciated. Less interested in land cost and financing details (easy to research that for my area). More interested in start-up costs, COGS, P&L, etc as business gets underway. Regardless, excited for you and grateful for the content.
