    Love this video! I’ve been struggling with Wulff/Korich method vs Kreh and the light bulb just went on after viewing this. Thank you!!

    Pretty solid dude, to the point and effective in demonstration. I never realized having fished my whole life that as you fish more and more these things become naturally discovered. Must be a hard sport to get into

    Great points! Haven’t seen a casting class pointing out these different styles or techniques. Unfortunately, those birds didn’t get the memo you were teaching a class today…Dang!

    Huh, I guess I would do this out of necessity, but always thought there was a correct way.

      There is a "correct way" and the "correct way" applies to all styles and results in good clean effective loops. Investigate the Gammel's 5 Essentials, they define the correct way. The correct way is also the style that suits the fishing you intend doing. Your "correct way" is not necessarily someone else's "correct way".

      Hey Steve, Thanks mate, it has worn well and must have done a million casts. Its a prized posession and you did a magnificent job building it.

    The cast is really about getting the fly out where you want it

    Why do you change hands to reel in?

    • @petermorse5442
      @petermorse5442  4 года назад

      Because its more efficient and effective on big fish and long fights. I am also very used to it. It is not a problem for me. Winding left handed is. I have had this conversation for years and its not worth arguing about.

      There's more than one style of reeling in line ... :D
