Tomaticán is NOT a soup, tomato soup does exist and is prepared in a very different way Tomato soup: • 1 lt of milk. • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. • 1 kg of ripe tomatoes. • 1 medium onion. • Bread cubes fried lightly browned. • Cheese grated in strands. • Chop the tomato and onion, with the milk and cornstarch previously diluted with 1 cup of milk, boil everything together for 1 minute, strain everything, season lightly, serve with 7 or 8 bread cubes per plate, the cheese and...😋.-
