Bowflex does have a learning curve and filling out the charts is great for taking old memory and guesswork out of the mix leaving time to concentrate on target muscles. Great tool and time saver.
Oh man a new push day routine on the xceed! I’m going straight to this tomorrow 😂 Thanks for keeping warm ups at the start, really helps keep the rhythm going instead of doing a random warm up from a video or making one up.

I get that, some of the selections are to keep the routines flowing--if you don't have an XTREME SE2, you have to rerun the pulleys. If you have one though, feel free to swap in preferred lifts.
