Firefighter Constance Fripp Says This Job Brings Out Who You’re Meant to Be.

On the fire ground, every firefighter has a specific position, and they are all equally important. Firefighter Constance Fripp went from working the nozzle to Engine Chauffeur. She says learning new skills gives her an appreciation for every role and shows how crucial teamwork is.
“Are you willing to give up yourself for somebody else? Because that is the biggest part of this job. I show up on people's worst day of their lives and try to make it that much better," said Fripp.
