I love that you break this down into manageable steps! If folks don't want to do the epoxy coat I recommend a clear coat over the painted plastic to protect it.
Sadly, I don't think they've invented robots yet, that make the pasties stick. ;) I'm assuming that was an autocorrect mishap, and you meant to ask about glue. Most of us use double sided toupee tape, or the fashion tape the sell in drugstores. You can also use Spirit gum and liquid latex, which can be bough online or at halloween or theater supply stores. Xo
