I just purchased one of these cars used. I'm so glad I found your video. You are much better than any manual I could have taken the time to read. I did not know about the remote start feature until you mentioned it.
I learned some more after watching your video again. I have a question? Is there any way to stop the key fob from transmitting constantly to the car, when I walk away from it? A click combination like you demonstrated, you remote start the car, for example. I live in a big city where thieves are intercepting the transmission for cars (not just Hondas), even when the owner is asleep at home. The thieves amplify the signal, get in the car and drive off. My Mazda key fob only transmits when I push on the key fob as I approach the car, to unlock it. I would like to get the Honda key fob to work that way, instead of constantly communicating with the car. Thanks.
So question. Our A1 maintenance came one and A is oil change 1 is tire rotation correct? The car is at 4900 miles and oil states 60%. I understand rotation at 5k but oil change already? What I’ve read is with this synthetic Honda says 10k. After the maintenance oil and rotation the B maintenance pops up and oil at 100%. Just trying to grip this info. Thanks.
Great walkthrough! Weird that the Honda sites show a stick shifter and not the buttons. It's too bad that isn't an option. It's the only reason I'm probably going with a Toyota and not a Honda or Hyundai.
Some of the Honda accord models have shifters but it depends on which trim level you're looking at. All trim levels of the Honda Insight have buttons instead of a stick shifter. To be honest I think you're crazy going with a Toyota instead of a Honda because of that since there's many models/trim levels on Hondas that have the buttons.
@@jackiemay147 I've been looking at the accord hybrid for honda. I heard the CRV hybrid gets lower 30's mpg as opposed to the average of 35-38. Not sure how true it is but apparently more than a few have brought up that complaint. I don't like having to look at buttons to shift though. I like being able to shift quickly without looking too or even just resting my hand on the shifter. It'd be a really strange change.
Nice car. Has anyone added the hot spot and can share the price and monthly cost? It looks like most will plug their phone up and use for navigation but can we get navigation installed ?
I'm currently driving a 2019 Honda Insight EX hybrid and to me the 2020 Honda Accord EX hybrid resembles an upgraded Insight or the Insight resembles a downgraded Accord. Either way both are awesome cars and I'm thinking about trading in the Insight for the extra horse power, rear air, power seats, sunroof and a few other things for that are missing from my car.
If you have been thinking about it for a while, I would encourage you view some options since Honda currently has great financing options and other programs

I would encourage contacting your local Honda dealership for maintenance questions. Thank you for watching.
Actually I reached to Honda via their app but was curious if you knew.

@@DrkPhoenixSaga Oh I misunderstood. I thought you were saying you wanted the buttons instead of the physical shifter.
Thank you for watching and for you support!!
@@CrazyHondaChris-H18 I wound up getting this car after all lol
Turns out, buttons aren't that bad. Very easy to find them.
