Description
DataStax enabled esynergy develop a Sales Copilot, an AI-powered conversational assistant leveraging AWS Bedrock, Langchain and DataStax Astra DB. It ingests customer data from SharePoint, encodes it into vectors using Bedrock's models, indexes in Astra DB for efficient retrieval, and generates contextual responses with Anthropic's Claude2 model conditioned on relevant data chunks. Langchain's modular components enabled rapid prototyping of this retrieval-augmented chatbot, allowing easy integration of different retrieval strategies, language models, and deployment options. Sales Copilot empowers sales teams with instant access to case studies, project details, and data-driven insights, streamlining customer interactions and content creation. The framework has opened up new possibilities for the client to create enterprise AI solutions.
