Yes sir In large animal, Cystorrhaphy has to perform blindly by inserting both hands and then one hand tie inside. Really very very difficult but since we are doing so we managed. Good things that bull has started urinating from normal passage and in this way we avoid post-scrotal urethrotomy. Thanks for watching and appreciation 🙏🙏😺

Very nice sir. But, how will the calculi in urethra will dissolve? As in young calf concretions are there and organised hard calculi in adults. Further long term placement of catheter leads to pus formation at site. Please guide.
This is buffalo bull 🐂 and in this calculi is not as solid as in bull. This is the reason why tube cystotomy was performed. Moreover to prevent any kind of leakage also as the rupture was at the ventral side of the bladder. The mechanism of tube cystotomy is the same as in calves.
Sir can we leave the bladder without repairing because it has transitional epithelium ( which hai great capacity to repair itself)? Moreover bladder does not burst lika a baloon, it gets rent from its weakest point. Kindly?
We can only leave as such when rupture is on dorsal side i.e. away from the gravity that to after doing tube cystotomy otherwise on ventral surface rupture it would be better if you repair the bladder. However, in biological science, miracles do happen so there may be chance of union in 1 case out of 100 cases.

Sir in this case, can we insert foleys cath directly through incision site?
Very difficult as the length of catheter may be short for this animal that is why we prefer para anal approach
