Every University/ College has a formula for CGPA conversion into percentage. Use that formula for converting cgpa into percentage. Usually multiply your cgpa with 9.5 to convert it into percentage. And if it is not provided then as per Upsc guidelines simply multiple your cgpa with 10. (Ex 7 cgpa = 70%)

Even if you have volunteered or actively engaged in any event, you can mention it by subtly rephrasing it.
