I always enjoy seeing what you are working on. My sewing room stays messed up. I have tried and tried to organize it. I have recently been trying to find a pattern that I know I have and I have looked in every bag and in every drawer and still haven’t found it.

It is always so good to see you and catch up with what you have been stitching and doing. Great antique finds! And you are using them, not just collecting.

I also have bedspreads and quilts on the furniture (2 cats). I like to think it adds charm to our old house. lol! Hannah and Tootie are so cute. Glad Hannah and Steve are both on the mend. Some years are like that! I had some sort of episode in July. The doctors didn't know what was going on with me. I missed 3 weeks of work (and I never miss work!) and I think that I was passing a gall stone. One minute I was fine and the next I was in an ambulance heading for the hospital (5 times). I hope the rest of your year goes better. Love all your stitching! I purchased the Halloween Hijinx pattern after seeing yours that you were working on.

Oh I know what you mean by a gall stone! I was also fine and all of a sudden in severe pain. I also got to see the inside of an ambulance! Thought I was going to die until they got iv started with pain meds. I got that gall bladder out!!! Thank you for watching and commenting. Hope you have a great weekend!❤️

Lovely to see you, again. I just atarted Halloween Hijinx in September. I started out doing a block a day through until the last week of October. I am a slow stitcher and it was taking up a lot of my stitching time. Now I am trying the 30 minutes a day.😊 I hope I can keep it going because I want it for next Halloween. I love seeing your dogs. Sorry about Steve's shoulder. My husband has had 3 shoulder surgeries, on involving a 5 inch muscle tear. It is a very painful surgery. I pray everything heals well.

Hello Deana! So nice to see you again! Your finishes and wips are just gorgeous! They show up beautifully on the screen so I can have a really good look ☺️ You've got so much done since I last saw you. I love seeing your Goodwill and Antique hauls. I know I've said this before, but I wish I could come over and see all of your old sewing stuff and machines and whatever else you collect! I had found a beautiful large green glass frog a while ago. I thought of you then, but also recently when I saw a picture on Pinterest where someone had finished one of the triangular Christmas trees, used a branch for the stem, and a glass frog as a base. You could probably make a forest with your frog collection 😉
I'm sorry to hear about all of the health struggles you and your husband have been through. We've had something similar going on so I get it! Here's hoping we finish the year off well and have a better 2024. I would love to see a video of your Halloween stuff. Take good care Deana. I appreciate you! Laurel 💕🇨🇦

I also have the prairie schooler trees I've always wanted to stitch. I'm not a shopper but love going to goodwill and antique shops. I agree that we need 2024 to be a better year! Have a great week!❤️

I have a variety of scroll frames. The ones with the wooden knobs are ez stitch. I have a couple of roll a frames. I'm not so fond of them but I use them. Then I have some by Kay's Creation along with some Kay's Creation lap stands. For about the last couple of years my husband has been making my scroll frames by just taking a pattern from the ones I have. I also have a Elan lap stand and a Kay's Creations baby Z frame. And lastly a floor stand by American Dream but they are no longer in business. You can find any of the others online by Googleing the names.
