The Deepal G318 is a mid-size SUV produced by Changan Automobile under their premium NEV brand, Deepal. Sales of the G318 commenced in the first quarter of 2024, marking a significant addition to the electric vehicle market.
The G318 is powered by a 1.5L JL473QJ inline-four petrol engine, which serves as a generator. In terms of dimensions, the G318 boasts a wheelbase of 2,880 mm (113.4 in), a length of 4,915 mm (193.5 in), a width of 1,985 mm (78.1 in), and a height of 1,885 mm (74.2 in). The curb weight ranges from 2,060 to 2,360 kg (4,541.5 to 5,202.9 lb), reflecting its robust build and advanced technology.
