I love that you give Sutan the opportunity to use a knife safely. I know it is scary to give our kids these opportunities, but giving them these opprtunities shows that you trust them and believe in them. It's also great for fine motor development!
I really enjoy how the introduction and voiceover are in English, while the rest of the content is mostly in Japanese. It's a beautiful balance.
I also really enjoyed learning that there are 7 gods in a grain of rice. It's was a graceful look at the importance of each part in growing every grain of rice. Definitely worth looking up.

Hello, I live in Tokyo and I want to buy the sauce, do you have a store or in which supermarket or stores can I get it?I looked on Amazon but there isn't one.

There are limited store hours on March 27 and March 29 when you don't need any reservations! I love your videos and would love to try your umami sauce but I am allergic to wheat and soy. Would you consider creating a sauce that is soy, wheat and corn free. I haven’t been able to find anything in the market so you could be the first! Right now I use okinos aminos from Whole Foods.
