This is because for one or two summer course(s), the same amount of material is basically only about half the time. As a result, it may feel like as though you are taking 3 to 4 courses in a regular autumn or spring semester with only one or two courses over the summer
Some community college classes are easy as a cake but if you take summer courses at your college it might not be the same as they tend to be harder. Especially if it's your major course that you are taking over the summer which could be overwhelming.
I took a summer class at community college it was very easy. Plus you are usually only taking one or two classes so you have more time to focus on your work.

I am 33 and decided to go back for my Bachelors degree. I want to graduate as soon as possible so I decided to take classes this summer starting in 2 days. I visited South Korea last month and I know I want to end up going there one day but I'd have better job opportunities if I had my Bachelors degree and I can learn Korean in the meantime. Hopefully if everything goes as planned I can graduate college by the end of next summer if I do this summer, this fall, spring 2025, and summer 2025. Fingers crossed!🤞
So im in 8th grade is it ok if I learn accelerated world history it last for 4 hours and I also want to take Geometry accelerated during summer school which is also 4 hours so I can transition to algebra 2 accelerated what do you think
I'm also an 8th grader and I'm in the same situation, but I want to take biology and go straight to chemistry so I have an extra year of physics. For you, I think it depends on if you are smart and can handle the work load.
I was the same if you have to start from the lowest eng class and work your way up. Make friends in the class, even though a lot of them are online now. Every person has different strong suits, such as a good writer, good spellers, and someone with good essay formatting. We all help each other where each person lacked. Just try your best and put in more work to become better. Good luck! I passed with a 93, just from help from classmates and reading up on formatting essays. Finding outlines for creating the structure and body of an essay are key.
Kinda, except during COVID I feel as if people were able to focus more due to activities and most work being cancelled, whereas nowadays life is pretty much back to normal with all of the typical obligations and demands of regular life becoming a potential distraction for school.
The way my school does it is that you can take four total 8 week courses for the semester. Typically you’ll take two classes at a time and the 8 weeks are back to back, so about 16 weeks total (although sometimes classes overlap). And I’m taking my classes online!
