How lovely to see the guys so relaxed just one day before their superb performance in the final at Sanremo! Their individual sense of humour really shows through. Thay are so comfortable in each other's company! Interesting to learn that Gianluca believes in love at first sight and that they would all like to fall in love. Because they spend so much time on the road, this is very difficult since relationships conducted at a distance are very hard to maintain. I wish them well in both their professional and personal lives. They have given us all so much pleasure through their singing that I can only hope that they get everything that their hearts desire. They discuss their project to bring operatic pop to italian youth, which was very hard but no doubt they succeded, despite a very fast decline of their radio airing shortly after Sanremo (this is my own comment). They discuss their music tastes, which are very wide and varied, and their interests: Piero loves to work on cars and motors (his father owns a car repair shop) but is terrible at soccer (Ignazio mocks him), Gianluca is all into soccer and Ignazio flies easily from one hobby to another (model planes, vintage Vespa motorbikes...) The topic of love and girls is unoriginally brought up: this turns Piero into a sea urchin as usual (that's ok, privacy is his right!), while Gianluca is more willing to go along: he says that it's hard to have a love story when you travel so much and that they had never seriously fallen in love - Ignazio scolds him with "speak for yourself!" - but nevertheless that he had had 2 girlfriends that far. Then they try to make us believe that they don't expect to win Sanremo and that they are surprised that people counts on this so much eheheheh say this tale to someone else! Ignazio expresses his sorrow and disappointment for the defeat of his friend and classy artist Serena Brancale on Sanremo Giovani (a side of the contest dedicated to emerging artists). They wish to be able to go to Eurovision, which they eventually did and overkilled at the televote, resulting 3rd just because Sweden cheated with juries (my comment again).
