    What You'll Need:
    - 2 & 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
    - 1/2 cup of sugar
    - 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
    - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
    -1/4 tablespoon of bicarbonate soda
    - 2 tablespoon scoops of margarine
    -1/4 teaspoon of cardamon powder
    - 300ml of milk
    -50ml of yogurt
    - Oil for frying
    Steps:
    1. Add margarine and mix until crumbly.
    2. Mix the dry ingredients.
    3. Add in milk, and yogurt, then combine with the dry mixture.
    4. Knead the dough and roll it out.
    5. Cut into desired shapes and fry until golden brown.

    - Fry in small batches to maintain the temperature.
