Way better than the EmperorTigerstar version. Don't get me wrong, it is impressive that he managed to make many mapping classics just using Paint, but nowadays he is completely outdated compared to mappers such as you.

Also, the the Russian recognition of the DPR & LPR proved to be completely pointless when Russia annexed these territories in September 2022. It's possible that the majority of Donetsk & Luhansk want to join Russia, but definitely not Kherson & Zaporizhzhia. The Ukrainian soldiers were seen as liberators, not invaders when they entered Kherson City. Still, I can't see the Ukrainian army invading the Russian oblasts of Belgorod, Kursk & Bryansk. Where is the Ukrainian invasion of Russia? However, Russia invaded the Ukrainian oblasts of Kherson & Zaporizhzhia, which makes Russia automatically the invader.
This is the best time-lapse video of the war yet. Finally, someone has shown a time-lapse that shows the battles of Sievierodonetsk/Lysychansk and Bakhmut (Artyomovsk) clearly. All the other ones I have seen don't zoom in far enough to show what is really going on. I look forward to seeing updated versions of this as time goes on.

@@SMillerRUS Well thats a myth for the most important parts of the war. Between 1940-43 the two sides were evenly matched and in 1940-42 the Germans outnumbered the soviets. The Russians turned the tide by drawing the Germans in, starving them and also by crushing them on the industrial and economic side of things. But yeah more soldiers would definitely help Russians. They are probably waiting to tank the next Ukrainian push towards Crimea. Afterwards if Ukrainians fail Russians are going to try to freeze the conflict by enacting a ceasefire. If Ukraine decides no Russia will then open a new front and try to go for Kyiv again. If the Ukrainians win and cut the land corridor Russia is just simply fucked.

However, I want to point out a few inaccuracies: 1) Part of the Mykolaiv Oblast, together with the village of Snihurivka, Russia included in the annexed Kherson Region, so it would be more correct to display these territories in dark red. 2) The village of Tavilzhanka north of Kupiansk is now under the control of Russian troops, not Ukrainian. Otherwise , it 's a great job !

2) The village of Tavilzhanka north of Kupiansk is now under the control of Russian troops, not Ukrainian.
