I opened a saving account on idfc bank 2 months earlier. It's services are actually good with industry best fd rates and also it's mo Ile banking app is good as well(when compared to other banking apps except ICICI) . Idfc has a great IT infrastructure. It has best services right now. I became an investor in idfc just because of its services and future growth.

I have accounts wth IDFC and HDFC as well. IDFC trying to copy (which is good) HDFC. But they are far behind HDFC. The relationship managers at HDFC are far more proactive in contacting me than IDFC. Rest are similar. Just IDFC has more interest in savings account. Also I have loan with both idfc and hdfc, and my experience with HDFC loan was far more better, profession than that with IDFC. Both loans were done on phone with no branch visit, but HDFC clearly wins on trust basis, as some things were not told to me in case of idfc.
I am not a consumer of idfc but I have used SBI . SBI it services are better than HDFC.

I have been an consumer as well as a proud investor in idfc first bank I hold a savings ac as well as current ac and I must say that their services are just awesome and cannot be compared with any other mobile banking apps except icici their attractive fd rates and mindset of always you first is really stated by their ethics and way of banking. I'm truly satisfied by the bank and I am a long term customer as well as investor in this bank

I have this account and I feel very much good and very helpful and the dashboard of this bank is too good. I appreciate . And when I saw the services of the bank and the marketing of this bank, so I also invested in stock because later or sooner it will be huge because of its marketing strategy .

Btw idfc first gives me 7 percent savings every month and credits it to my account so i can see that appreciation every month. Its brilliant. FDs woth lock ins give just 0.25 percent more than this.
Over all their banking services and banking experience for a cistomer is also great an way way better than mota hathis like hdfc and icici who are like sarkaari banks these days who take 40mnts lunch breaks and treat customers like bheed. ❤

Lot of things were missed in this video. The first thing we have to talk about is profitability. Which the company is not able to deliver due to 2 reasons.
1.) It is issuing more and more shares which reduces the eps.
2.) It had first told that the provisions are for wholesale loan book. Now that book is almost nil, still the provisions are not going down.
This shows that the retail book is not strong. Also RBI has warned banks that retail loans are getting bad. Due to increasing expenditure, the bank is not firing in the profitability sid
Didn't touched why share capital is increasing every year, this is adversely affecting eps .If shares were given to employees then was it charged to p& l a/c.2) when idfc ltd will merge with it.When can we expect probable record date for conversion

Frankly, i have seen all apps, but their app is simply mindblowing. I have befriended many branch people over time to informally get to understand the bank and the consistent message is that bank is v v v ethical wifh customers. They say their ceo is v clear dont take one penny extra, dont write confusing scripts and charge customers with one excuse or other.. extremely focussed on service .. frankly i love this bank

Excellent services by IDFC …I had account in hdfc since 1998…..but it became substantial pain in ass as they became ANTI CUSTOMER slowly and one point of time some three years back it started hating customers….now with IDFC I see a whole lot of difference in services and am delighted to bank with them…

Loan foreclosure process provided by this bank is not good. it takes around 15 days to reflect in loan statement also they don't give stamp to the documents of receiving DD against loan and also online payment for loan foreclosure doesn't work you have to do process manually.idfc first loan department just works like a old savkar.i dont think any x custumer will willing to go again with this bank..
