SLTB - Solo Looking To Build
SLTB is the FREE coaching event that I host monthly at Chicagoland Skydiving Center. Each month is a different topic (tracking, advanced turns, group skills, etc.), and it's open to people of all skills and jump numbers. Ideally the curriculum is focused on the newly licensed jumper, however it's also a low stress environment to work on coaching.
SLTB events are community based and community focused. These Mentors are local coaches and experienced jumpers who are dedicating their day to build up the newer jumpers around them.
These events are a fantastic platform to introduce people to the enjoyment of coaching and load organizing. All with the guidance of an experienced instructor, video debriefing, and a positive environment.
