😀❤️...Gotta Love Moses. He's a good dude! Brings back good memories from the 70's. Dad and my Uncle had 1978 Yamaha DT 125's. They took the street kit off, and just rode them in the dirt. This is where my love and obsession for dirtbikes began. Dad's tank was a Kawasaki Green, that I truly loved. I was 5 back then. Thanks for the video, Brother!
Your neighbors either love you, or don’t quite love you 😀 But RUclips loves you! I was very fortunate to get to visit your place returning from a visit to Boston. You were filming for an add for a car you were selling. After you were done you took the time to talk and even told me to move the car closer to the building so that my father could access the museum easier. You’re good people Ken!
Yes! This one had me busting up! Haha, I bought a used DT in 83 at a neighborhood garage sale as a 13 year old kid. I rode it everywhere unlicensed when parents were gone and with two neighborhood girlfriends too! Though we rode with one up front and one behind me.... Great times, thanks for the memories! 👍👍
Mate as always you make us all feel so good about life whenever you get in front of that lense !! The dt is definitely one of the biggest running series of bikes ever made , I have 3 of them and always looking for more 🤟🤟 much love brother !!
I love the bikes on your channel. They bring me back to my youth. But now I ride modern dirt bikes and street bikes and I am having the time of my life.
As a die hard Kawasaki guy I have to say this is a nice motorcycle. I also like the fact that the videos are left up for us to enjoy. I actually considered making the trip down from Vermont to check this out.
I’m restoring a low miles DT400B now if it sounds and rides like that one. I’ll be a very happy guy. Thanks guys if I hadn’t seen it pull 700 lb’s uphill with my own eyes. I would have struggled to believe it. Another beautifully turned out classic from Kaplan.
Man I miss my old dt400. Dad broke his hand riding it one day and he got up from the crash and laughed saying it hurts but man was that fun.Never gonna forget that.
I found an original one a few hours away. Been wanting one since I saw one at a swap meet as a kid. Im 34 now and these old bikes are still a blast. Gonna take it up north right alongside my KX, there all good fun 😊
Two beautiful women and a yamaha, didn't think it could get much better. Then Sr goes nuts to butts with Moses and Kyle I about died laughing 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Sr is always good for a laugh
Oh the summer of 74... That was me except on my cherry red ct70 that drove the lake girls crazy. Never left the youth center without two on the back and headed for a trail ride and a pit stop....did anybody bring a Zippo?... It's cool..cause I've got my moms new Bic flick! * Truth The Bic was almost as popular as the bike at times.lol Those big bores were sweet bikes...dad bikes ,yet an asperation.
I had this exact same year DT400, just set up a bit more for off-road. The 2-stroke 400cc motor is very powerful, and the bike is really fast. Boyesen power reeds are a worthy $40 upgrade.
Boy does that sound familiar.I had a DT 125 at 12 years old!...it was a 77,my dad bought it for me for 500 bucks...which was a ton of money in 1981..and I was absolutely thrilled!Extremely lucky,as a kid growing up.
I had a dt 125 in 1975.new bike 14 yr.old kid in new Jersey.stripped off the lights and turn signals.i would ride that bike from sun up to sun down...thanks for the memories.👍😁
Loved the red 1981 DT 175 I had a few years ago it only had 3000 miles on it with the factory rear rack on it , Now I have a WR250r 2008 with 4000 original miles !
I had a Yamaha DT 400 just like that one.It was the first Motorcycle that I legally rode on the road with a license plate.Road it a little bit too hard on our Motocross track after stripping it down.Broke both the rear shocks and ended blowing the motor. After fixing it and selling it I bought My first Suzuki RM 125N.Loved that Bike plus it was made for jumping big jumps and riding hard.
You do know, broads love 2 stroke ping pingers. I took a broad for a ride on my 84 500r race bike and the broad that rode back seat wanted just the engine. LOL! Rang-dang-dang. 😉🤠
Honda you mean. Yammies are great too though. I had a 72 enticer 340 snowmobile that you couldn't kill. Lol and I currently have a 71 DT360 with 4500 miles. And a 82 XS400RJ seca

Omg, I had a 250 I think 78 or 79, whichever was the first year monoshock. Way up under the tank, I had to solder holes in the tank practically every time I took it out into the woods that are currently being destroyed by new home builders. Was my second bike about 30 years ago.

When I was 16 I took 2 girls home from the bus stop like that.I had a silver tank yz125. When I crossed this small bridge the one on the very back fell off in between the knobby tire and the frame.Instant brakes and tore her ass up, I felt terrible. She recovered okay but as kids we always think of consequences after they happen !

Nice Ladys , nice Boys on a Dt 400 .😅 Respect on Japan Enginiering. My Dt 400 ( Mono)was not a bad Two Stroke Monster. Only 25 Horspower and fired a lot off Gasoline .
Any bike that can haul 2 beautiful women at once plus the rider is the one I want to be on! I had a 75 DT 400 in the 90’s. Great running bikes. Tons Of torque.
