I am Employee 2 in a mutual transfer case. When my Dealing Clerk sent my file to the Branch Officer, who was in charge at that time, Employee 1's side had approved the mutual transfer. However, after the approval, the file returned to my division and is now shown to be with the same Branch Officer who was in charge earlier. Since my Branch Officer has changed now, what steps should I take to ensure my file is transferred to my current Branch Officer ?

सर जी इनिशियल ALP की सीनियरिटी कैसे निर्धारित होगी क्या उनके बेच अभ्यर्थियों के ट्रेनिंग स्कूल में आये नम्बर के आधार पर या फिर पूरे पैनल को मिक्स कर दिया जाएगा अहमदाबाद डिवीजन में सितंबर 2016 में भर्ती ALP को मार्च 2017 भर्ती ALP से जूनियर बना दिया गया ओर तर्क दिया जा रहा है कि आपका ओर पैनल मिक्स होकर उनके ट्रेनिंग स्कूल नम्बर के आधार पर बनाई गई है अब पैनल मिक्स करने से जो कर्मचारी मेच्यूवल लेकर अहमदाबाद में आ रहे है उनकी सीनियरिटी में भी बड़े लफड़े हो रहे है उदाहरण जैसे A कर्मचारी सितंबर 2016 में भर्ती हुवा व B कर्मचारी मार्च 2017 में भर्ती हुवा लेकिन पैनल मिक्स होने व A कर्मचारी के ट्रेनिंग स्कूल में नम्बर कम आये जिसके चलते वह B से जूनियर होगा भले ही वह 7 माह पहले रेलवे में भर्ती हुवा .... अब A कर्मचारी मेच्यूवल ट्रांसफर ले रहा है व सामने वाला कर्मचारी अक्टूबर 2016 में भर्ती हुवा मतलब उससे जूनियर हो गया अब नियम अनुसार वह मेच्यूवल ट्रांसफर द्वारा आया कर्मचारी अक्टूबर के बाद भर्ती कर्मचारियों से सीनियर होना चाहिये लेकिन अहमदाबाद डिवीजन के कचरे नियमो के चलते वह मार्च 2017 में भर्ती कर्मचारियों से भी जूनियर बना दिया गया व कुछ ऐसे भी देखने को मिल रहे है जिनमे उनसे सीनियर भी बना दिया सारा झमेला इसी में है कि सीनियरिटी बेंच के अनुसार बने या फ़िर पैनल के अनुसार , WR के 6 डिवीजन में से 5 में बेच वाला नियम फॉलो होता है व केवल अहमदाबाद में ही यह पैनल वाला कचरा कर रख़्या है जिसके चलते किसी भी कर्मचारी की ढंग से सीनियरिटी नही बन पाती है

उदाहरण जैसे A कर्मचारी सितंबर 2016 में भर्ती हुवा व B कर्मचारी मार्च 2017 में भर्ती हुवा लेकिन पैनल मिक्स होने व A कर्मचारी के ट्रेनिंग स्कूल में नम्बर कम आये जिसके चलते वह B से जूनियर होगा भले ही वह 7 माह पहले रेलवे में भर्ती हुवा .... अब A कर्मचारी मेच्यूवल ट्रांसफर ले रहा है व सामने वाला कर्मचारी अक्टूबर 2016 में भर्ती हुवा मतलब उससे जूनियर हो गया अब नियम अनुसार वह मेच्यूवल ट्रांसफर द्वारा आया कर्मचारी अक्टूबर के बाद भर्ती कर्मचारियों से सीनियर होना चाहिये
लेकिन अहमदाबाद डिवीजन के कचरे नियमो के चलते वह मार्च 2017 में भर्ती कर्मचारियों से भी जूनियर बना दिया गया
व कुछ ऐसे भी देखने को मिल रहे है जिनमे उनसे सीनियर भी बना दिया
सारा झमेला इसी में है कि सीनियरिटी बेंच के अनुसार बने या फ़िर पैनल के अनुसार , WR के 6 डिवीजन में से 5 में बेच वाला नियम फॉलो होता है व केवल अहमदाबाद में ही यह पैनल वाला कचरा कर रख़्या है जिसके चलते किसी भी कर्मचारी की ढंग से सीनियरिटी नही बन पाती है

Some Traffic Apprentice joined independent duty in April 2016. They have higher seniority than not only me but also from many ASM who joined in 2012-15 also. Sir is this right?
