You should never assume the anime's quality based on its opening. Most of the times the opening is done by a completely different staff/studio that was never gonna work on the actual show. In this case, this opening was directed and storyboarded by Tetsuro Araki, the dude who directed Death note and AOT first 3 seasons. He also directed the Spy x family op 2 and dangers in my heart op 2. He invited bunch of his freelancers friends to work on his opening and we got this. Most of the staff is not gonna work on the actual show. Blue box staff however is really good so the show is gonna look good regardless.

1:27 it is just two hand shoot it is usually used in women basketball but they really use that style it require less power and go farther but it is easy to be blocked since pose starts lower than one hand shoot it isn’t wrong style bro just google it it is perfectly that pose
